A localização é excelente, o quarto é espaço e bem mobiliado (possui itens de cozinha, inclusive), a limpeza é ótima e os funcionários são muito prestativos.

Cons:

O chuveiro não possui pressão. Em algumas situações, aconteceu de faltar água. Adicionalmente, não há blindex no banheiro e ele fica completamente molhado após o banho. Ainda, não é preparado café da manhã para os hóspedes que saem antes do início do café, assim como muitos hotéis de Santiago fazem.
