Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that this property does not accept a third-party credit card, debit card or company payment card. The stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Pros:

It is clean and neat and the air conditioning system is very effective. It is also spacious and the WiFi connection is good.

Cons:

It is abit strange that there are balcony doors but they are not able to be opened due to being locked. It would improve the environment if the balcony was accessible so that guests could enjoy the fresh air. It would also be more convenient to have a microwave present as guests would more likely heat up food than cook or bake using the oven. The television could also be upgraded to at least have HD quality screens which some of the rooms did not seem to have. The TV’s technology and features could also be updated to have smart TV functions and apps such as YouTube and Netflix which most other accommodation or hotel businesses have on their property.

Pros:

The location was pretty much in the central part of the city. Its walkable distance. The facilities in it are amazing and the room is itself is very spacious

- large spacious rooms, great for families

- we were given a room with a possible sewage problem in the bathroom, the whole apartment smelt horrible even with housekeeping which made the stay very uncomfortable
- assigned a room that was not made up, following which had to wait till past 4pm for check-in
- breakfast buffet was supposed to be open from 6.30am until 10.30am. However by 10am most of the food are finished and weren’t topped up. The management should have ensured a full buffet is available and provided for guests until the end of breakfast time, as breakfast is paid for.

Overall, the experience was good and I appreciated the comfort and service provided.

share my feedback about the wonderful service during our stay. staff were exceptional and made the experience truly enjoyable.

Specially the front desk team — MAISARAH and RABEKA — for their professionalism, warm welcome, and outstanding assistance.
also want to highlight the breakfast team — ANNI and YENTI — for their friendly service and great hospitality each morning.

They all contributed to a very positive stay, and I wanted to make sure their efforts are recognized.

Cons:

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the housekeeping services during my stay. While the overall experience was good, I believe a few areas could benefit from extra attention.

The housekeeping service needs a bit more focus to ensure rooms are consistently well-maintained. Additionally, the curtains in the room appear quite old and may need replacement to improve the overall comfort and appearance.

I hope this feedback helps enhance the guest experience.

The breakfast were at the other buildings and the variety of the food choice are quite limited.
For wheelchair bound, toilet have no support for disabled people to shower. Should have seat available to support during shower.

Tolles Stadthotel mit großem Pool
Pros:

Die Zimmereinrichtung mit Küche und riesigem Fernseher und großem bequemen Bett. Der Pool im 21 Stock ist sauber mit grosser Liegefläche.
Die Lage ist hervorragend, 2 tolle Einkauszentren sind bequem durch überdachte Fußgängerüberführungen zu erreichen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich

Wonderful stay.
Pros:

Huge room size, functional kitchen, well maintained bathroom and furniture. Great bathtub. Great water pressure. There was no lift waiting. Great breakfast and not crowded. Great in-house spa.
The swimming pool is not crowded, too.

Walking distance to Suria KLCC.. which is convenient.

From the moment I came to the lobby and restaurant, hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

Only the TV channel is not clear. Most of the time, we did screen mirroring.
