Location, friendly and efficient staff. Great breakfast.
A bit of run down, door faulty and toilet sewer tends to smell.especially in the morning.
I loved the location of the hotel, it was in the heart of KL and grab was easy to get and travel around with!

Need to keep the facilities up to standard and the cleanliness need to be improved.
The bathroom showerhead was filled with black mold, and the water is very difficult to tune to comfortable warm, always very hot or very cold.
The bedhead and the area near the balcony full of dusts, seemed long time no deep cleaning.
And another annoying issue is the Ants… ants come quickly when I put food on the dinning table, which is feeling bad..

خدمة الغرف سيئه ، واذا ما نبهتهم سحبوا عليك
الغرف اللي تكون مطله على الشارع اخر الليل والصباح تحس بالازعاج ( لازم تلبس سدادة الاذن )
