Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that this property does not accept a third-party credit card, debit card or company payment card. The credit card used to make this booking and payment must be presented upon check-in with a valid photo identification of the same name. Central comfort in KLCC
Pros:

Almost everything, wish we could have stayed longer! Comfortable, luxurious even, and an easy walk to Petronas Towers, etc.

Cons:

A minor issue, we couldn’t use Apple products with their LG TV system. Occasionally, faint smell of cigarette smoke through the aircon (we were in 903, maybe a smoking unit on that floor, because the unit we were in did NOT smell of smoke).

Excellent location, comfortable room but no restaurant and slow service
Pros:

Excellent location , large comfortable room

Cons:

Initial problems with room - no bot wafsr, tv did'nt work, faulty safe. All were fixed eventually. No inhouse restaurant.

Disappointing
Pros:

Good bed and pillows. The lobby has a coffee vending machine.

Cons:

Do not be misled by the photos – the rooms have no views except the walls of other very bland skyscrapers. The restaurant is "under renovation". The front desk never follow through on anything.

Pros:

The rooftop pool was wonderful! The location was perfect, with easy access to all the typical 'tourist' locations. Also felt safe enough to walk around at night. The apartment was exquisite, loved the high ceilings. The access to a fridge and microwave made it a better stay than at a hotel, with the same 'hotel feel'.

Cons:

The TV in the bedroom had a really poor display, and the settings were locked, so it could not be changed. We couldn't use our HDMI cord for nighttime movies whgich was a bit disappointing. However, the living room TV worked fine, so we watched movies there!
