Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Please note that this property does not accept a third-party credit card, debit card or company payment card. Pros:

Great apartment, close to Petronas Towers. Well equipped, spacious, nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything there you need.

Cons:

Breakfast is ok but a short walk away.

comfortable, convenient and peaceful
Pros:

great location, great staff, i stayed at executive apartment with family it was a very peaceful and comfy stay , very clean comfortable and convenient

Cons:

the rooms smell musty maybe due to having an attached kitchen, furniture needs a bit of upgrade maybe in an years time

Très bon hôtel très central.
Pros:

Les chambres sont grandes mais moins bruyantes en étage élevé .
La cuisine est top et permet de manger sur place.
L’hôtel est à deux pas des tours petronas et d’un grand centre commercial .

Cons:

Pas de service petit déjeuner le restaurant est en travaux mais il y a une petite épicerie juste en bas .

a great place to stay with a family and the location is amazing
Pros:

the location is great, just few minuets walk to KLCC and to the bridge that leads to pavilion mall so it was very convenient.
the staff are all great and helpful
a small supermarket next to the lobby was convenient
the laundry on the 22nd floor is a very helpful service
the tennis court was great
overall experience was really really good

Cons:

expect a bit of car and bikes noise from the surroundings especially at night but that is completely normal for the city as I have experienced this in other hotels in the city as well
