Amazing stay
Pros:

The Location is magnificent,the rooms are spacious, and feels very homey ,like renting an apartment or own house.

Cons:

Offering an option of an extra bed would be better than the sofa beds,sofa be was okay but those things are never that great,for a family of four wod have preferred 2 actual beds.

Pros:

I had a fun vibe with an exceptional breakfast. We were on the 4th floor so a little tricky without an elevator but a really cool place.

We had a wonderful stay at Newport Bay Club & Hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, very close to downtown Newport, which made it convenient for restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing.

The staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend. Great hotel in the perfect location.
Pros:

Lew, Tim and team were very welcoming and helpful during our stay at Newport Bay Club. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel itself could not be in a more ideal location. It is in the middle of everything!! Shops, restaurants, beautiful bay views, Bowen’s Wharf, Thames Street were all just steps away. Our room was clean and comfortable. Everything was perfect.

Excellent hotel at a top location.
Pros:

Paula at the reception desk was very helpful when we checked in and asked for a room with more daylight and a view. She made us feel welcome. The location was better than expected. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the weather, but of course that could not be helped by the staff.

Charming, clean and convenient.
Pros:

The proximity to shops and restaurants. The double balconies in the two floor townhouse.

The circular stairs were cute and charming but more difficult for folks with mobility issues.

Pros:

Location was great . Easy to get to all the sites in Newport. Very close to restiarahts , shops etc. Good coffee shop on ground floor . Other coffee shops fir breakfast opened earlier (7am) on nearby Bowens Wharf ( 5 min walk ).
Enjoyed having outdoor space on terraces. Great having kitchen facilities

Cons:

No seats on upstairs terrace.
Tired decor .
