Charming, clean and convenient.
Pros:

The proximity to shops and restaurants. The double balconies in the two floor townhouse.

Cons:

The circular stairs were cute and charming but more difficult for folks with mobility issues.

Newport Bay Hotel
Pros:

Location was great . Easy to get to all the sites in Newport. Very close to restiarahts , shops etc. Good coffee shop on ground floor . Other coffee shops fir breakfast opened earlier (7am) on nearby Bowens Wharf ( 5 min walk ).
Enjoyed having outdoor space on terraces. Great having kitchen facilities

Cons:

No seats on upstairs terrace.
Tired decor .

Very good stay in a comfortable room in a prime location. However, relatively expensive.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Amazing location. Friendly staff. Thorough cleaning with frequent replacement of hygiene products.

Unintuitive entrance, single elevator. Relative lack of services when compared to pricing.

We all loved the place and would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Location was perfect. Size of the two bedroom/two bathroom suite was great for three guests. Balcony and view over the harbor was lovely. Staff were very helpful with unloading and loading luggage from car park up the stairs to the elevator and room.
