Pros:

The rooms had everything you need. The staff turned the AC heating before our arrival so it would be warm and cozy. It was clean , and also the linings on the beds were very clean and smelling really nice. The same with the towels, very clean and good fragrance smelling. 2 bathrooms, free secured parking, the mattresses were very good. I would return again.

Pros:

Friendly staff, good location (easy enough access from the motorway), very large rooms.
We arrived very late into the night and left early, so we unfortunately couldn't explore the grounds.
Safe parking.

Cons:

Cleanliness was lacking - sofa had a lot of wear and tear (it was stained), walls were pretty dirty, the floors weren't looking great either. The bathroom was quite dated, which isn't a problem in itself, but the shower cabin I cannot describe...

Pros:

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet at night. Good parking. They allow pets. We were told if we arrived after 7pm reception would be closed and security would show us to our room. We arrived after 7pm and the man on security was very helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel especially if you have a dog.

Waren op doorreis, en wilde absoluut niet in het centrum van Sofia overnachten. Met een hondje was dit perfect.
Pros:

De ruimte , de slaapkamers, douche en de tuin. Vriendelijk personeel.

Pros:

Великий просторий номер, з вітальнею на першому поверсі , двома просторими спальнями на другому , та двома ванними кімнатами, що дуже зручно для великої родини. На території невеликий ресторан та басейн. Є зручна парковка на території що охороняється.

Cons:

Матраци потребують заміни.

Overall impression: disappointing.
The hotel seems to have seen better days. There are traces of former grandeur, but everything feels very old and poorly maintained. The lighting didn’t work properly in some areas. A kettle was listed among the amenities, but there were no tea cups to use with it. The bedding was also disappointing: there was only one small, narrow blanket for a large double bed, and the sheet had a burn mark. The wardrobe doors wouldn’t close properly, while the mirrored door was stuck shut. The staircase and the doors leading to the bedroom floor also creaked loudly. Overall, the hotel has some attractive features, but the lack of maintenance and attention to basic details made the stay disappointing.

Pros:

Smestaj je zaista isnunio nasa ocekivanja. Sobe su odvojene,imate osecaj kao sa ste u zasebnoj vikendici. U sklopu smestaja je i kompleks za decu i bazen kao i restoran na kom imate 20 % snizenje posto ste u njihovom smestaju. Zaista preljubazno osoblje i vrhunska usluga. Sve preporuke!
