A missing small fridge on the room, and a missing iron
La ubicación era muy buena; la habitación bien, solo que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, pero para la temperatura natural de CDMX estaba bien no usar aire acondicionado.
Un leve el incidente en el restaurante a a hora del desayuno, pero fue mínimo. Todo fue superado sin mayor dificultad.

El suelo de la habitación estaba levantado y el desayuno un poco caro.
Lo realmente malo es que tenian la música todo el dia puesta y a un nivel bastante alto

It’s 2026. Smart TV is a must in a 4 star hotel.
Las llaves del baño se caen, el jabón y Shampoo de muy mala calidad, la caja fuerte vieja y poco funcional, un dia olvidaron poner toallas, le falta mucho mantenimiento en baño, lo único rescatable es el desayuno, rico pero los meseros NO atienen bien.
En lo personal NO vuelvo a esa cadena de hoteles

El aire acondicionado es viejo, le falta más blackout a las cortinas porque entra la luz del sol.

en otros hoteles si ya reserve y llegó antes me dejan pasar al cuarto y aquí me dejaron entrar hasta las 3 de la tarde
Estaba cerca de muchas zonas de interés y las camas eran cómodas
El sector muy ruidoso y muchos de puestos de comida a una cuadra del hotel. Además su ubicación hacia imposible la llegada de un uber ya que siempre hay tráfico en esa zona.
Gran experiencia en ubicación, instalaciones, room service, mirador.
El espacio dentro de las habitaciones podría estar mejor distribuido.
