Our bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and the security door lock was broken. I mentioned this to the front desk staff several times—they kept saying they would fix it—but they didn't; it took them four days to repair it. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Don’t waste your money on the suite
Pros:

Great location. Love the decor in the lobby. The coffee shop, restaurant, and rooftop bar were great. Everything was very clean and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

We had a regular room and a junior suite. The regular room was fine, no complaints. The suite was just a bigger room. We were hoping for more seating space so the whole group come be together, but there was only one chair. The bathroom in the suite was strangely designed with a diagonal wall next to the toilet that made it difficult to use the toilet. There wasn’t enough space.

Todo. Realmente este hotel superó mis expectativas. El personal muy muy amable, especialmente Suhgey quien era la que aseaba nuestra habitación. La ubicación, la comodidad de la habitación, todo estuvo de lujo. Lo súper recomiendo.

Cons:

Solo un pequeñito detalle: en la Junior Suite, la cortina del baño no alcanzaba a cerrar toda, lo que ocasionaba que el agua salpicara mucho al piso y se mojara todo.

Iso huone ja erinomainen aamupala. Hienot näkymät sekä huoneesta että kattoterassilta. Huone näytti jopa kivemmalta luonnossa kuin kuvissa.

Cons:

Suihkussa käydessä vesi levisi pitkin vessaa eikä kuivunut ikinä. Välillä ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Lisäksi huoneen ilmastointi oli melko vanhanaikainen.

Pros:

Die Lage war für Ausflüge in die Innenstadt hervorragend. Das Früstückbüffet sehr lecker und abwechslunhsreich. Das Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Hotel selber ist sehr hellhörig. Von der Straße, vom Flur und auch aus den Nachbarzimmern hört man doch einiges.

Zentral und sicher alles gut erreichbar. Ubahn vor der Haustür. Bus Station auch.
Historisches Viertel in der Nähe.
Und hat es gefallen.
Dachterrasse und Frühstücksraum mit Blick über Mex City hat mir total gut gefallen.
