The hotel is completely overpriced and does not justify the price at all. It is one of the most expensive hotels in Bucharest, but the service was terrible, and the hotel itself feels old, neglected, and very poorly maintained.
The rooms are poor and far below the expected standard for a hotel in this price category. The doors squeak, the corridors are confusing and it is easy to get lost, and there is only one elevator, so during breakfast time you have to wait for quite a while.
The breakfast is below any reasonable standard and, in terms of quality, belongs among the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever had. The selection is poor, the quality of the food is bad, and the overall impression feels more like a bad restaurant than a hotel that presents itself as one of the more expensive options in the city.
The service was awful and the overall impression was very poor. For this price, I expected much more. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects quality, comfort, and professional service.
