This hotel is top nptch!

This hotel would be 5 star if they improved customer service around the pool.
Pros:

The location was great. So close to the lively part of town and to be able to access the beach from the lift in hotel was super convenient. The decor of hotel lobby and restaurants was so beautiful.

Cons:

The service beside the pool was terrible. The staff did not assist with towel service or offering drinks etc.

You pay for what you get. The level of service, care and professionalism from all the of the staff was amazing. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels once or twice a day. The view from our room was absolutely stunning!! The breakfast buffet had a wide range of options and the terrazzo dinner was some of the best food ive eaten!

Cons:

We got some laundry done and I felt it was very expensive but it was all washed and folded beautifully

Pros:

We had a very good stay at Hotel Continental. The location is excellent, right in the center of Sorrento, and the hotel was comfortable, well maintained and had very good service throughout our stay.
The highlight for us was definitely the hotel’s private elevator down to the lower level by the sea and port. This was incredibly convenient. We could easily go down to the beach clubs, bars and marina, and even use it with our luggage when heading to the port. In Sorrento, where there is a big difference in elevation between the town and the waterfront, this is a huge advantage and something I did not fully appreciate until we stayed there.
Our room was very comfortable, the bed was excellent, and overall the staff and service were very good.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who wants to be centrally located while still having very easy access to the sea and the port.
