Huoneisto oli hyvin siisti ja siellä oli tarpeeksi astioita ym. Parkkipaikalle sai auton helposti. Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja aamupala myös.

Cons:

Huoneiston sisustus oli pelkistetty ja myös vähän "kulahtanut". Ei kovinkaan viihtyisä, mutta hyvä lyhyeen oleskeluun.
