Reception opening hours are from Monday to Friday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 - Saturday : 08:00 to 21:00 and Sunday : 08:00-12:00, 15:00-20:00. Please note that reception opening hours are subject to change, please contact the residence before your arrival. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Parking must be booked on site. Prices include : accommodations, bath linen (1 big towel + 1 small towel), cleaning linen (kitchen towel + bath mat), cleaning kit, final cleaning (except for kitchen area and dishes), basic WiFi access (to 5 devices to navigate, e-mails reading and researches), a TV, all taxes and fees (except for the tourist tax). Please note that free limited WiFi access is available for up to 5 devices. After booking, you may reserve the location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Location preferences are subject to availability and available at an additional cost. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Pros:

Le confort, la proximité des pistes et des commerces.
L’accessibilité du parking, l’accueil de l’équipe, aimable et souriant. Linges et draps fournis ainsi que le kit de nettoyage. Le calme dans l’établissement étant au dernier étage. Agréable hors période scolaire. C’est la quatrième fois que nous venons à la résidence LE BELMONT

Het complex is netjes en typisch Frans, dus ook wat krap voor 4 personen op een kamer en een beetje gedateerd.

Dated property that needs refreshing but in good location.
Pros:

Good location right near the town & possibly to ski in and out.

Cons:

It was way more dated than the images online. There was also a damp musty smell that we complained about & tried to abate with air freshener but it was present throughout. No fresh towels for the whole seven day stay & we had to make the beds ourselves with duvet cover, sheets etc
