A great location.

Cons:

Room was dirty and had a smell, the mirror was filthy, never cleaned, lots of noise coming from inside the room. no one cleaned the room. I went and got towels from the front desk.

Cons:

Elevator quit working 1st day, the hideaway bed mattress was nasty and disgusting. The breakfast is horrible, one day you can have eggs, biscuits and lumpy gravy, the the next meat, biscuits and lumpy gravy, or you can microwave water in a Styrofoam bowl for oatmeal. Also, women was rude. Then the laundry room has 1 washing machine and dryer, and you have to dry clothes twice. Then there is the hot tub it was soapy and foaming, nasty.

Comfortable beds
Pros:

The only staff we’ve seen was when we checked in they did clean the room and they brought his house. It’s an older motel and it still needs some work but not bad maybe a little bit overpriced.

Cons:

The restroom had a new shower in it, but they forgot to caulk around it. The bathroom wasn’t totally painted. I enjoyed everything else.

Absolutely love this hotel
Pros:

Very clean room soon as I opened the door I could smell the cleaning products and I love that bed was so comfortable and room was big we had room 202 with jetted tub absolutely will be back in December for my birthday

Cons:

Couldn’t get the fireplace to work but it’s a beautiful room

Look no further......
Pros:

Perfect location in Pigeon Forge. Clean rooms, clean pool, and an awesome breakfast every morning! 2nd and 3rd floors offer balconies with a frontside view of downtown Pigeon Forge. Parking lot in back of lodge was completely secluded on all sides except one exit/entrance, which gave me extra peace of mind because I drove a rental there from out of state! I highly recommend Vacation Lodge when traveling to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg!

It may have been nice in it’s hay day 😬

The location was very convenient to everything!

Cons:

Everything was old and extremely unclean. They did a good job of cleaning up trash from out front, but the elevator and rooms are atrocious. The mold in the AC unit was horrible, by day 4 my eyes were so swollen from it. We were so happy to come home. The towels were stained and had holes in them.

Pros:

Front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Very difficult to get towels and wash rags. Our room didn't even have any upon check in. I had to ask everyday for more. The elevator broke down during our stay. We had to carry all our luggage and belongings up stairs to our car. The shower was not comfortable. The water temperature changed during the shower to either burning hot or cold even tho I did not change it.
