The staff was friendly. The bed was good to sleep in. The place is where you can just walk about wherever you needed to go for shopping. Newly added stuff in the room shows trying for improvement.
The indoor pool was too cold and needed to be a heated one. The breakfast was ok but needed to add a waffle maker and there are certain days for the sausage to be included with it.
We love the location, price and amenities of this hotel. We’ve stayed several times, in the old part and the remodeled. We’ve never had any issues with either!

The rooms were clean, the location is top tier , the amenities are great and Gail at the front desk was amazing at checking us in and gave us local recommendations and easy directions. !

The noise people smoking on the patio right underneath the no smoking signs the rooms are dated the ceiling tiles need to be replaced
Front desk, Shirley was pleasant upon arrival! This is important because it sets the atmosphere for your stay. House cleaner, male, was attentive to detail. He made sure we had clean towels and straightened the room daily. We had remote control troubles which ended up with a maitance visit from Tim and Mandy. Professionalism was shown while trying to fix remote
Over all our stay was relaxing. We loved sitting at the fire pit in the evening. Downside, pool and hot tub closed at 9pm. So we didnt get to use the pool/spa area.

The room was great and roomy for our family. The beds were comfortable and the staff is always pleasant.
I wouldn’t say I didn’t like it however I’ve stayed her several times and I wish the breakfast was different. Maybe add a waffle marker, some yogurt or fruit to go like apples, oranges and bananas.
Location was convenient to everything
We had the room with the fireplace & spa bath. It was an absolute amazing, & relaxing weekend. We were here for our 1 year wedding anniversary. Everything you could wanna do or go see is within walking distance. The money was definitely worth it. Annette & Gail at front desk were so nice & so welcoming! The breakfast room is nice, & spacious, and this will definitely be our go to for special occasions for us! I didn’t wanna leave.
