A comfortable and pleasant stay☺️
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We didn’t really get a chance to use the facilities as we mainly just used the room to sleep, but everything was great for what we needed.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything i didn’t like about the property.

Extrem heruntergekommene und unsaubere Zimmer, obwohl Lobby und Frühstück einen hochwertigen Eindruck machen.
Pros:

Der Eingangsbereich macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck und ist definitiv eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels würdig. Auch das Frühstück war gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl.

Cons:

Abgesehen von der Lobby ist das Hotel leider extrem heruntergekommen. Unser zuerst zugewiesenes Zimmer roch stark nach Zigarettenrauch und entsprach mit zwei Einzelbetten nicht unserer Buchung für ein Doppelbett. Obwohl der Zimmertausch nach Reklamation problemlos klappte, enttäuschte auch das zweite Zimmer: Es war weder sauber noch einladend. Die Teppiche waren voller Flecken, die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen und das Badezimmer befand sich in einem unhygienischen Zustand mit Schimmel sowie mangelhafter Ausstattung (keine Halterung für Toilettenpapier).

Best stay in Ireland.
Pros:

Everything & I had a brilliant 90 minutes in the pool & spa - jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, hot beds & plunge pool - came out feeling amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend the hotel but feel that it needs a spruce up, a little dated.
