Attended a wedding which was absolutely wonderful probably the best wedding Ive attended . .
Pros:

Lovely hotel & spotlessly clean.
Rooms are a great size.
Staff very friendly & helpful

Cons:

One bedroom main light out.
Two in the room.
I did let reception know.
It hadn’t been done before I left.

Friendly, comfortable with great facilities
Pros:

Location close to ATU college and walking distance of thw town. Breakfast was nice. Leisure facilities were great- the sauna was huge and nicely hot, and we loved the plunge pool!

It was a nice hotel and the staff was gracious and friendly. The rooms need an upgrade.
Pros:

Staff was very nice, hotel was clean. Lobby and lobby bar was lovely, clearly redone recently.

Cons:

None of the outlets in our room worked, could not charge my phone for more than 10 minutes. The tv had no reception so zero channels worked. We were put in a handicap room so the sink was extremely low to the ground which is hard for tall people, especially one with a bad back. No refrigerators in rooms.

How calm & relaxed it is, nothing is a problem for the staff…

Cons:

Can’t say a bad word about it, renovations are fabulous & wouldn’t even realise it’s going on around you…

Excellent stay, all 5 of us were very pleased with the service. The food was beautiful

The food was excellent.

Cons:

I have an electric car but was unable to charge my car with the chargers. Ive had issues charging with this company before. Recommend you change companies
