Wouldnt stay again!
Pros:

Reception staff were friendly and lesiure center facilities were good.

Cons:

Mattresses on beds are done. Got our room changed but was little - no improvement. Poor nights sleep. Reception were made aware and told us manager would contact us but didnt.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

The staff are the best there is. When checking into our room I was speaking to my husband about finding out we are going to be grandparents. We left the hotel for dinner and when we went back to our room the staff had a congratulations card left for us and chocolates

Excellent service
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, we asked to change rooms and there was no issue.
We were down as an extended family of over 60 people, and we were allowed to move tables, etc, to accommodate us all to sit together whilst having a drink in the bar.

Pros:

The reception area was lovely and the staff very welcoming.

Cons:

The room we received did not come close to what was advertised, once we passed the reception we found our room in a very dated part of the hotel with a dated room to match. Beds though clean were very hard, rickety and uncomfortable. There were very noticeable piles of dust in the corners of the room, and the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything going on in the rooms next door. If a photo of the room we stayed in had been used for the booking/ad I wouldn't have chose it.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, they have the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Exceptional in every way.

Pros:

The decor is amazing and the staff where extremely helpful and friendly

Cons:

There is a large air conditioning? Unit just above the outside of the room window which I could hear late night ( room 312 ) also the view from the window is a brick wall
