The elevator was very slow, used by the cleaning staff and holding it at certain floors.

Great location. Lovely staff. Had refreshments available while you waited which was nice with the weather we had. Very clean.
Room was realistically only just big enough for 2 adults and a 6 year old but not for the 3 adults and a child that it was originally booked for, very little room to move around each other. No space to really unpack all the suitcases bar 1 pole with a few hangers. Very small bathroom, hard to help daughter shower as we couldn't fit. Also if you are tall beware the sloping roof, husband kept banging his head! Worst however was the noise from the breakfast room and the subsequent cleaning room next door from 6/half 6 every morning. This was hardly 5 steps from our room on the 4th floor and woke us up every morning with banging cutlery, mugs etc. Would be ok for those who are early risers however we as a family are not and found this very detrimental to our sleep and enjoyment of the holiday as we were all tired.

The hotel smelt damp and like they were trying to cover up a smoking smell, the room was the size of a broom cupboard. We saw a cockaroach. The whole experience was awful. For what is was it was overpriced at nearly €200 for 1 night.
