Great location, clean room, very functional.
Pros:

Well-appointed room, solid bed and shower. Everything I needed.

Great guesthouse
Pros:

Victoria's Mansion is in a great location right next to church street and yonge street
Room was small but adequate for sleeping in and the bed was so comfy
No breakfast, but that's ok as plenty places around to choose from
The codes were easy to access the building
Never seen any staff, but enjoyed my stay
2 blocks from wellseley subway station to get to Union etc
It's an old building, but so cute. Definitely stay here again next time in Toronto

Cons:

The shower never really got that warm even after running it for a while

I will be back! A little gem in downtown Toronto! Small and cozy, perfect for my needs, and very friendly staff.

Amazing location, very kind staff, lovely old victorian house. Bedroom was small and cozy, absolutely perfect for my needs! I will be back!

The place is situated in Gloucester St, which is just a few steps away from Wellesley station (Line 1), lots of places to eat nearby. The lady who assisted me was Edyta, very helpful. The room smelled clean, the toilet neat, the pillows fluffy, the only thing that needed just a bit of cleaning is the carpet. But overall, I appreciate the room given to me which is near the exit. Thanks for making my stay a little special. Thanks for fixing the tv also 👍🏽
