Very pleasant staff, good sized rooms, close to the tube and a good d walk, if your legs can take it, all the way down to the water front.

La casa es encantadora y el barrio de los más bonitos de la ciudad. Muy cerca se encuentra el metro, cafeterías top y el barrio LGTBI donde cenamos todas las noches. El staff muy amable, pudimos dejar las maletas antes de hora. La habitación muy cómoda.

Good location, had kettle, coffee maker and ceramic cups, plates and cutlery..
Very small room, only just enough room to walk around the bed and the room was upstairs.

Cozy and very pictoresque guesthouse at a good location. Had a small one person room with shower and toilet, the room was clean and pretty and had everything you could hope for, including microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker + coffee and tea. Very affordable especially considering the location and Toronto's general price level. Staff at reception was friendly. Very pretty front garden. House felt safe even when there was no personnel around. I will definitely try to book this again when I am in Toronto next time.
Not an issue for me, but it's good to bear in mind that the building is old and that has some drawbacks. There are no elevators, you have to climb a couple of steps even to get to the ground floor (more for upper floors) and the air conditioning can be a bit noisy when it's hot outside. Staff is not constantly on-site, so those who prefer 24-hour reception might be disappointed (again, not an issue for me).

The location was good - central to all our needs, with plenty of shops and bars within easy walking distance. The price you pay is excellent value for money!
We had room 17 on the 1st floor. The room and bed were small as well as the extractor fan in the shower room was noisy!
Location, room was nice with fridge and microwave and a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed being in the ‘Village’ area with lots of restaurants and bars to enjoy amongst friendly people.
