Friendly staff and well located
Pros:

The staff was really friendly! Family run hotel, they gave us good advises. Very good AC in the rooms.

Consigliatissimo per un godibile weekend lungo a Chiavari :)
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, perché l’hotel si trova a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia libera e anche a meno dalla stazione. Lo staff è molto attento e gentile e anche la colazione è piuttosto ricca.

Ubicación muy buena, cerca de la estación, el mar y el Centro de la ciudad.

Cons:

Había reservado una habitación single con balcón y resultó una habitación con una ventana pequeña. Solicité cambio y no hubo ningún problema.

Non potevo desiderare di meglio
Pros:

La struttura è un po' datata ma tenuta molto bene e gli arredi sono in ordine.
Le stanze sono pulite e la colazione è varia tra dolce e salato.
Ma quello che fa la differenza in questa struttura è il personale, che ti fa sentire accolto e coccolato e sembra di stare in famiglia.
Diego poi è una persona splendida.
Nonostante fossi in vacanza da solo mi ha tenuto piacevolmente compagnia, mi ha soccorso in ogni necessità e mi ha suggerito itinerari fantastici da effettuare (che forse non avrei mai visto).
Dovessi tornare a Chiavari non cercherei sicuramente un'altra sistemazione.
Auguro a tutto lo Staff di migliorare sempre e di essere "invasi" dalle prenotazioni, perché lo meritano davvero!

Déjeuner italien complet avec du choix.
Chambre agréable et confortable, propreté à revoir par endroit, Tv toute petite, fenêtre avec balcon sur rue principale très bruyante mais bien placée très proche du centre ville et de la plage
