Soggiornare all'Hotel Ferrari è stata una piacevole sorpresa. La nuova gestione fa davvero la differenza: si respira un’aria di freschezza e un’attenzione al cliente ormai rara da trovare. Fin dal nostro arrivo, lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra piccola esigenza con il sorriso.

Il vero punto di forza, oltre alla squisita ospitalità, è la posizione strategica: l'hotel si trova a pochissimi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, il che lo rende la base perfetta per esplorare Chiavari e le meraviglie delle Cinque Terre senza lo stress dell'auto. Nonostante la vicinanza ai treni, l'ambiente è tranquillo e curato.

Si vede che la nuova proprietà mette passione in quello che fa, puntando tutto sul fattore umano e sulla cura dell'ospite. Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati e "a casa", l'Hotel Ferrari è la scelta giusta. Torneremo sicuramente!

Pros:

Location ottima a 2 passi dal centro e dal lungomare. Colazione giusta anche se con poca alternativa ma il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre con il sorriso! La camera era molto ampia e silenziosa anche se affacciava sulla strada! Bello il balcone

Cons:

Farei aggiungere una bottiglia d’acqua free per gli ospiti, arrivando tardi si potrebbe non trovare qualcosa aperto per recuperarla!
Entrando in bagno abbiamo trovato un pelo pubico, quindi fare più attenzione nella pulizia

Pros:

Il personale è gentilissimo. La stanza era molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. L’hotel è molto silenzioso e la struttura è accogliente.
E il buffet della colazione è degno di un hotel a 5 stelle, non avevo mai visto un buffet così ricco, curato e ben organizzato.
Consiglio decisamente questo hotel. I proprietari poi sono super carini.
