You get what you pay for. Not the worst but could be better.
Pros:

Easy to get to and not far from downtown

Cons:

Room door didn't close or lock all the way, sink in the bathroom was broken, floors were dirty in our room, shower was super slippery, only had 1 guy working and a line of 7 people he continued to check in while I was trying to get some extra towels. Never got the towels neither. Price is the only good thing about this place. Wouldn't recommend

bed was comfy

Cons:

Staff wasn’t mean, but wasn’t friendly. Hotel used card on file to charge for second night, though I only stayed one night. They did refund card after several hours trying to track down charge and have refund issued. Shower area was broken upon arrival. Breakfast not included at this hotel. Coffee is provided, but it was empty.

It was great. I wish I would’ve brought my swimsuit.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The wait staff was great . I was surprised that it wasn’t a continental breakfast.

Cons:

Continental? The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall.

They couldn't accept my visa cart from Banorte
And they don't accept cash. So I had to wait almost an hour to check-in the head to force. My visa cart.

Nos tuvieron más de media hora haciendo el check in por error de la recepcionista, nos hicieron llamar a booking, cuando el error lo estaban cometiendo ellas, fue molesto por que estábamos cansados y por eso ya había hecho mi reservación con anticipación, además que el precio no incluye desayuno y las instalaciones no están al nivel del precio/ They kept us checking in for over half an hour due to a mistake by the receptionist. They made us call Booking.com, even though they were the ones making the mistake. It was annoying because we were tired and had already made my reservation in advance. Also, the price didn't include breakfast and the facilities weren't up to the price.
