Regarding the "fitness room" gym, it does not exist as such in the hotel, we have a signed agreement with the gym in the shopping center (2 minutes walk). The use has a cost for clients determined by the number of days contracted at the hotel Reception.

The hotel has all common areas, lounges and restaurant areas adapted for people with reduced mobility, but not 100% of our rooms. Please, if this is your case, contact the hotel before your arrival to assign you a room adapted to your needs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Last minute deal
Pros:

Everything about the comfort of the room, cleanliness, relaxing ambiance and friendly staff. A family of 5 got a super deal to stay in Family Suite with 3 bedrooms, that was a superb experience! Highly recommended to stay here if you wish to be in Madrid centre. 👌

Calidad precio bien
Pros:

La ubicación está bien, porque ibais al parque warner, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, le falta algunas cosas en la habitación.

Cons:

Colocaban mucho la calefacción, teníamos que abrir las ventanas, porque era demasiado, aún así apagamos el termostato, pero se encendía solo.

Me encantó la separación del salón y la habitación

La tele que tenía opcion a las aplicaciones de Netflix y Amazon la pondría en la habitación para dormir con la tele no en el salón que al final para dos personas es más incómodo.

Tienes cerca el centro comercial

Nos dieron una habitación de cama de matrimonio que era la única que les quedaba y olía fatal el pasillo ya y cuando entramos a la habitación un olor malísimo a cañerías y para colmo ya vimos una cucharacha en el cuadro de la luz y enseguida bajamos que nos la cambiaran y nos la cambió a otra de dos camas pero estaba muchísimo mejor la repuesta de la mujer de recepción fue que la primera planta no la tienen reformada menos mal que ya la que nos dio si porque que mal un picor por todo el cuerpo más ese olor a podrido con la tele más pequeña que nada menos mal que la otra habitación ya era enorme la tele y se veía más limpio la única pega de la habitación ala que nos cambiaron era que al ducharse no salía el agua en condiciones salía caliente caliente y derepente fría… horrendo y sin gel estaba vacío el bote

La cama era muy cómoda y grande

Que tenía cocina pero no tenía ningún utensilio de cocina y ponía que había que pagar 30€ para utilizarla.

Buen hotel con algunas cosas por mejorar

Las habitaciones son bastante espaciosas

Cons:

La cama extra grande, es en realidad dos camas pequeñas juntas, con una funda grande que abarca los dos colchones. Al ser dos somieres, estos se separan y es bastante incómodo porque por la parte central los colchones se abren.

Los baños (he estado en varias ocasiones), también necesitan una actualización.
