Regarding the "fitness room" gym, it does not exist as such in the hotel, we have a signed agreement with the gym in the shopping center (2 minutes walk). The use has a cost for clients determined by the number of days contracted at the hotel Reception.

The hotel has all common areas, lounges and restaurant areas adapted for people with reduced mobility, but not 100% of our rooms. Please, if this is your case, contact the hotel before your arrival to assign you a room adapted to your needs.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

TODO PERFE, menos el GYM q NO hay
Pros:

Habitación muy bien equipada y personal, correcto, atento. Bien ubicado en centro.

Cons:

Anuncian gimnasio y en verdad no tienen. Tienes q ir a un VIVA GYM que hay en el centro comercial y pagar el dia.

Dobry, jeśli szukacie pokoi o wielkości mieszkań z pełnowymiarową kuchnią.
Pros:

Rozmiar pokoju, właściwie pełnowymiarowe mieszkanie z osobną kuchnią. Brakowało tylko pralki.

Nie czytałem opisu obiektu, patrzyłem na zdjęcia. Były tam zdjęcia siłowni - jak się okazało na miejscu - nie była to siłownia hotelu, a galerii handlowej obok hotelu - dodatkowo płatna - bez żadnych zniżek dla gości hotelu - uważam to za oszustwo.

Kilka minut tłumaczyłem przy meldunku osobie jak wystawić FV, dokładną instrukcję wysłałem również na maila. Osoba przy meldunku powiedziała mi, że nie może wystawić FV teraz i że będzie do odbioru rano. Prosiłem, aby była gotowa, bo będę się bardzo spieszył. Rano okazało się, że po pierwsze nie jest gotowa - Pani wystawiła - źle - po czym musiała to poprawić i wystawiła znowu źle - co już odpuściłem, bo zajęło to zdecydowanie za dużo czasu. Ogólnie przy check out Pani była opryskliwa.

Słabe śniadania.

Bardzo źle i myląco oznaczony parking z napisami w języku Hiszpańskim co jako obcokrajowiec nie było dla mnie zrozumiałe, przez co błądziłem po jakichś zapleczach dla obsługi.

La habitación ...en general el.hotel está muy bien

Cons:

El personal de limpieza, a las 9,30 de la mañana, estaba desnudo en la cama y aparece la de la limpieza habriendo la puerta con 2 cojones... en fin es lo que hay con personal sin experiencia.....
