Detalles que destacan,el personal muy amable, la habitación enorme con cocina doble lavabo en el baño todo limpiísimo, gel champú y body milk de la marca Tous, el inodoro separado, además cogimos estancia con desayuno incluido y era tipo buffet, todo riquísimo muchísima variedad muchísima comida y el café muy bueno zumo de naranja natural etcétera son muchos detalles que destacan de este hotel de cuatro estrellas me encantó. Hay aparcamiento muy cerca sin pagar.

Cons:

Por poner una pega que no tiene piscina, nosotros fuimos en familia en verano a la Warner beach pero no por ello significa que no te apetezca bañarte en el hotel.
Pero es para poner algo que no me gustaba en un hotel de cuatro estrellas porque en realidad no me importó.

Pros:

We were given an incredibly spacious room. The beds were large and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located right near the highway. There were plenty of spaces in the nearby municipal parking lot, so we didn't use the hotel's own parking. The room had a kitchen, but there were no dishes or cutlery provided. While the hotel and rooms were showing their age, the sheer size was impressive; the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the windows had blackout curtains, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (with separate units for each bedroom). We slept very well. We didn't try the breakfast since we hadn't booked it in advance; when we asked at reception in the morning, we were told we’d have to wait about 30 minutes for other guests to finish eating, so we had breakfast elsewhere instead (there are many great nearby cafes offering good breakfasts and desserts at lower prices than the hotel).

For some reason, we were told we would have to wait 30 minutes for breakfast because we hadn't booked it in advance. So, we had breakfast elsewhere and were glad we did. The room has a kitchen, but there is no cutlery or any other tableware. The furniture—armchairs, chairs—and the hotel itself are quite old. However, everything was clean.

Buena elección
Pros:

Me gustó todo, el trato del personal y su ayuda en las consultas que hice, la habitación era enorme, buena decoración, camas muy cómodas y limpieza excelente. Y la ubicación estupenda, un centro comercial al lado y a 15 minutos andando estación de tren. Hemos pasado una estancia perfecta.

Habitación amplias y cómodas,pero personal poco eficiente.
Pros:

La habitaciones amplias y cómodas, la ubicación perfecta , es fácil aparcar en las inmediaciones.

Cons:

Después de tener hecho el check in online y entrar en el hotel a las 15:30 nos tuvieron esperando casi media hora para darnos las habitaciones , al final tuvieron que cambiarlas porqué no estaban preparadas .
Tuvimos un problema con uno de los aires acondicionados que no nos solucionaron

Quartos amplos, cama confortável, quarto com sala e cozinha que facilitou a estadia. Funcionários atenciosos no check in e limpeza boa.

A cama era grande mas não muito confortável. Os corredores e áreas comuns precisam ser mais limpos; os carpetes estavam sujos e desgastados.
