We just finished our stay here and I have to say that the service was just incredible! They really know the meaning of hospitality at this hotel The staff was just so amazing and helped make our stay extraordinary! Perfect location too !

Great location, but feels more like a 3-star hotel
Pros:

The biggest strength of the Vik Milano is its unbeatable location, right inside the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I was also lucky to get an amazing room with a balcony overlooking the galleries, which made for a truly unique Milan experience

Cons:

On the downside, the service felt more in line with a 3 star hotel than a luxury property. While staff were polite, the overall experience lacked the attention to detail and level of hospitality I would expect at this price point.

The design is also very much a matter of taste. For me, the décor and furniture felt excessive - too much visual information, too many statement pieces competing for attention. It seems designed to shock and impress, but I personally didn’t connect with the artistic direction
