Pros:

The location is fantastic. The staff are very friendly and good

Cons:

There was no air conditioning available in mid april. We we told that its controlled by the government and only turns on in summer.
The offered us a fan which was okay

A great central interesting hotel in centre of milan with fabulous staff. Breakfast was great
Pros:

The property was so central and we came to see the opera and our room overlooked le Scala which was a lovely surprise. It was clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and the art throughout the hotel was fabulous.

Being able to stand on a private balcony inside the Galleria is an incredible experience, truly unique and memorable. But this hotel is top-notch otherwise as well. The room and the bathroom are impeccably clean and artfully furnished. The bathtub is huge and is probably the most ergonomic one I've ever experienced. The staff is great overall and the restaurant is amazing (do yourself a favor and get breakfast there!)

Ok etwas unter akzeptabel wenn man Preis und Ausstattung in Betracht zieht.
Pros:

Die Betten sind ausgezeichnet. Sehr saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Das Internet funktionierte nicht, die Toilette war verstopft aber House cleaning hat das erledigt, very good. Die Zimmer sind sehr leichthigoerig, waehrend unseren Tagen haben Gaeste vermehrt durch die Nacht gehustet was klar unser Schlaf stark beintraechtigte weil wie nebenan. Auch gabs im grossen Zimmer nur ein Stuhl obwohl wir ja zwei Personen sind. Fuer ein 5 Sterne Hotel doch etwas mickrig. Aber die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wohl das Wichtigste nach dem Laerm.

Absolutely recommended and fantastic place
Pros:

The place is very good looks like an art gallery and the view was stunning. Calling this place is central is not enough the place is the center by itself actually :). The staff is the greatest values of this facility they are just amazing, they helped me about planning my programs, suggestions and they even helped me for getting my motorcycle. I want to thank; Andrea, Mina, Mohammad, Isabella, Angeloss, Dario and very special thank to Ilaria🫶🏾
