The staff is excellent, would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, considerate, professional and accommodated all our requests.

Cons:

The indoor pool was too cold. Sorry, that’s our only complaint.

Will always stay here for events in Cochrane.
Pros:

All of amenities great, always very clean rooms, comfy beds, includes breakfast, staff are fantastic.
Prices are excellent.
We stay here every year for NYE night out.

Great value and friendly staff
Pros:

Great value and the friendliest staff ever. We were really impressed and will stay again if we ever need to stay in Cochrane.

Cons:

It's a basic hotel, but can't complain because I knew the value up front. The only thing is that the floor of the indoor pool is a very rough surface and my youngest daughter kept scraping her feet.
