Pros:

Accommodations were wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Everything was convenient. Berlin’s big but hop on hop off bus was close. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast and thought it was overpriced though dinner in the restaurant was wonderful and my coffee bar was not refilled all the days of my stay. Everything else was perfect

Amazing property, the hotel is well located. The service is amazing the whole staff were welcoming and accommodating very nice bar, we did not eat at the restaurant but looked amazing too and saving it for next visit

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. While the pool water was a bit cold, the size was perfect for a relaxing swim—especially when it wasn’t too crowded. The breakfast itself was just okay, but the attentive and friendly staff made the experience much more enjoyable.

I had dinner at the hotel restaurant a couple of nights, and unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet my expectations. That said, the service was absolutely fantastic.

Since my stay was a full week, I truly appreciated how safe and comfortable I felt throughout. As an introvert, I tend to keep to myself, coming and going quietly, and this hotel made that easy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom layout suited me perfectly. One thing for them to improve at the front desk. It would have been nice if they made some suggestions on what to do in the evening. Especially there was a couple of classical music concert I could have gone to beings how the venue was right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d be happy to return, especially for their swimming pool.

The perfect place to stay during Christmas season
Pros:

Hotel and staff are perfect. Location - excellent (in December - best Christmas market just outside). Food too (pasta with tomato sauce is great). 5/5 plus. The only challenge I had was with the reservation team - a very inflexible guy who also gave me some wrong information. It was a 1/5 experience, I have never had such case in a hotel of this category. But the rest was so good that it would be unfair to give it less than 5 stars.
