Great Location - Facility is Nice
Pros:

The location was great, the staff was awesome and the room was comfortable. The pool area, jacuzz, beach and dock is great. Can walk to eat from there - Beautiful beaches nearby

Cons:

The room needs a bit of updating (paint and flooring goes a long way)

Staff was nice and location was good.

Cons:

Old hotel with more perks in the description than in person. Cleanliness not great, property run down, outlets broken in room, no charging stations for devices and the “partial water view” is of the parking lot. I’ve paid a lot less for a lot more. I was just disappointed as I wanted a nice waterfront weekend getaway. Should have stayed at the hotel next door.

First time on Hutchinson Island.
Pros:

This hotel was very nice. The lobby and hallways seem a bit "run down", but the room was really spotless and taken care of when we came in. Comfortable bed, nice views and dock access. Close to restaurants, it was an enjoyable stay and the staff was very friendly and warm. Good for the price that its at now.

Cons:

The walls are thin and sometimes you can adjacent rooms. Elevator takes a long time, hallways and lobby need some air fresheners.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war einfach und sauber. Das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr düster. Es hatte ein kleines Fenster zum Parkplatz hin. Beim Frühstück gab es nur Plastikbesteck und -geschirr . Der von uns bereits vorab bezahlte Endpreis wurde um ca. 35 Dollar erhöht, weil anscheinend noch nicht alle Nebenkosten enthalten waren.

Pros:

No major complaints. Beautiful grounds, the rooms were prefect for that beach getaway.

Cons:

Coffee machine was out of order the 2 days we were there. It went out the 2nd morning just as I was getting ready to get coffee. There was one person just shat off me that was able to get coffee. Both days I had to drive to McDonald's for my morning coffee.

I would look for somewhere else...
Pros:

Friendly staff. Pool was clean. Beautiful deck.

Cons:

Carpets and rugs are filthy. Hot tub didn't work on the 2nd day and the water was pretty dirty looking. No shower curtain in our room, but was given one to put up myself. Lamps rusty, mold in the shower, and stopper in the tub didn't work.
