Very unsatisfactory
Pros:

I don’t know anything about the property except the staff at the front desk, I guess you can’t check in after 3am cause I arrived at 3:02am and the lady at the front would not give me my room that I already paid for. Very frustrating at 3 am to find a place to stay.

Schöne, neu renovierte Zimmer, netter Pool und Whirlpool direkt am Strand, Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr ok, sehr nette Bar mit life-Musik gleich in der Nähe

It was a nice trip. We will come back again.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. The location was.very convenient. Carolyn at the Front Desk was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Looks like the third floor was under construction. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned.

Been going there at least once every two months for the past 4 years!

Pros:

It was a very nice location! My husband and I fished on the dock and caught multiple fish species. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean, you could tell it needed a little bit of renovation. But, we weren't there to stay in our room. But, we had a nice balcony and could see the water. We had manatees come visit everyone that was on the beach! I am looking forward to next year!

Pros:

The hotel very nice with very welcoming staff. We loved the dock behind the hotel, and while we didn't use the pool, it was beautiful. Everything was clean and comfy.

Cons:

They were out of hot food and plates when we got to the breakfast area, but once they realized it, they corrected it as quickly as they could.
