Staff was nice and location was good.

Cons:

Old hotel with more perks in the description than in person. Cleanliness not great, property run down, outlets broken in room, no charging stations for devices and the “partial water view” is of the parking lot. I’ve paid a lot less for a lot more. I was just disappointed as I wanted a nice waterfront weekend getaway. Should have stayed at the hotel next door.

Pros:

The location was great, the staff was awesome and the room was comfortable. The pool area, jacuzz, beach and dock is great. Can walk to eat from there - Beautiful beaches nearby

Cons:

The room needs a bit of updating (paint and flooring goes a long way)

First time on Hutchinson Island.
Pros:

This hotel was very nice. The lobby and hallways seem a bit "run down", but the room was really spotless and taken care of when we came in. Comfortable bed, nice views and dock access. Close to restaurants, it was an enjoyable stay and the staff was very friendly and warm. Good for the price that its at now.

Cons:

The walls are thin and sometimes you can adjacent rooms. Elevator takes a long time, hallways and lobby need some air fresheners.
