Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, room clean and modern and breakfast was very adequate (waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt, bagels, juices, fruit, coffee). Partial view of the ocean if you stand over the balcony. Lots of channel selections including apps like Netflix. Bathroom, lobby and hallway not updated so that may account for the mixed reviews. Price point may also be a factor - I would deem $150 and under a good value. I'm guessing the satisfaction goes down the more the price goes up from there. With limited hotel options in downtown Fort Pierce we would not hesitate to choose this hotel again for a weekend stay. Note parking is $15 nightly.

We love the location and the staff
It can get noisy at night
Value, Location, friendly staff, view
Breakfast room was too small, people barbequeing right in front of the office door, Too many drunken parties to truly enjoy the facilities
Todo el desayuno un poco flojo en comparación a tiempos atraz.
Nada
We did not eat there, Waffle mix was not available at the time we went. No place to sit due to the dining room being so small.
The beds were hard and not comfortable to sleep in.
The staff was very friendly.
The room musty and floors felt wet, our room location by the office was extremely loud all night. The picture online was so deceiving, the beds and pillows so uncomfortable, I was charged extra for a resort fee without being told ahead of time just a surprise charge in the morning, not a fun location, extremely disappointed will never go there again.
Got to see a great sunset.
mosquitoes everywhere.
Pool was fun. Beach was clean.
Kind of outdated. Lots of randoms causing a ruckus all day and most of the night blasting music and getting drunk. Lots of Marijuana smell inside the hotel and by the pool.
This was one of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. We reserved this hotel with three other couples to celebrate the 4th of July. The initial response was great then it all went downhill. This was supposed to be a private beach, private pool, private parking and private Tiki hut with the fishing pier. Paying guests only. We paid a resort fee and $250 a night to have a great holiday celebration. On the morning of July 4th vehicles began coming into the parking lot and setting up BBQ’s. They were in the beach area and the private pier and coming into the pool. When we checked in we were given wrist bands to show that we belonged there. These outsiders completely took over all the private areas leaving the paying guests without access to the facilities. We made several complaints to the management who came out and made a few leave but as soon as they left the offenders came back. There is absolutely no security. There should’ve been someone patrolling the grounds to ensure that paying guests were getting what they paid for. What a total disaster. One of the paying guests invited their friends/family and had a party at the pool. There were at least 15 kids in the pool from their party guests. They also propped open the hotel doors so their invited guests could enter the hotel and use the bathroom in their room. They set up a BBQ and everyone was using the chairs and pool that we paid for. There are rules and they should’ve been enforced for the benefit of the guests that paid for it. Shame on the management and the owners for letting this happen. They simply did not care, they just wanted the money. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! If you read through reviews you will see that this is not a new problem. It is a situation that this hotel's management refuses to address.
The staff is the best most accommodating staff I have ever encountered. They knew how to do their jobs and be proficient at it too.
Too many no see us. But no one can control that.
The breakfast was always delicious, yet it was the staff that always brought the sunshine in. From the front desk ladies, to the ladies cleaning the rooms, to the amazing security during the evenings, every touch was home.
It seems that many think the pool is public, so you have people that come down to let their kids have a swim in the middle of the day, or rift raft adults wish to show up with a certain type of behavior. I would suggest security by the pool and the beach during the day. If people have no band, they have no access. If they wish to purchase a band for 3-4 hours, then that should be advertised.
Location was beautiful
The pool area and beach area were loaded with young people partying, drinking, loud music, a lesbian couple having s$x on the balcony overlooked by the pool area. Trash everywhere and lots of non guest loaded up on the docks fishing like they were paying guest.
