Pros:

Not much to be honest. Very little good to say about stay here.

Cons:

Didn't clean rooms. Hot tube was broken entire stay, and water gave my kids rashes. Elevator didn't always work. Very very cheap! All the utensils and paper plates/cups were from the dollar store you could absolutely tell. Coffee was so hot and they had no sleeves to go on the outside

Cons:

We specifically booked this property for the hot tub, so it was extremely disappointing to find out it was broken upon arrival. The manager did try to be accommodating, which we appreciated, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time—we would have canceled, especially since we went an hour out of our way to stay here.

Unfortunately, the room had a strong, unpleasant sewage-like odor that never went away. We even borrowed a fan and room spray (see photo), but it didn’t help much. Thankfully, we had plans and weren’t in the room often.

While the staff seems to be making an effort to keep things clean, the property is very outdated and does not match the photos online. It clearly needs a full overhaul. There were even soft spots in the floor of our fourth-floor room, which was concerning.

Overall, we were really looking forward to enjoying the hot tub and oceanfront pool, and it was disappointing that the main reason we chose this hotel wasn’t available.
