The food in the restaurant left a lot to be desired. All pre-produced and ready for the microwave. Poor quality. I was also charged for 2 orders of beer from the Grab & Go which I never had. I later received a refund to correct but inconvenient, all the same.

The charge of £45 for a dog, not shown anywhere on booking.com site and we were not the only guests to have this.
The room was £89 for 2 adults, yet a dog is more than a human!!
In addition, the dog doesn't have a bed, towels or use of the bathroom to the best of my knowledge.
All we had was .... its policy...

Very clean and affordable hotel staff at check in desk are brilliant my son is autistic and had a little melt down so I arrived earlier than the 15.00 check in time but they let me check in early we had travelled from Scotland to come see naval base museum for his Birthday they gave him complimentary chocolates and snacks which he enjoyed very much so helpful 😀. It really refreshing to interact with employees who enjoy and like to do there best for customers 5 stars.
We were in your Oxford hotel and it had a pancake machine which my autistic son loved for his breakfast as he is a fussy eater u fortunately did not have one here.
