Brill place to stay, but no swimming pool anymore.😪
Swimming pools gone
We went to stay there as it’s convenient off the ferry
And wanted to watch the football as done many times but couldn’t cause no sky football a big organisation should be able to afford sky football
No football station
The staff members at welcome desk were very helpful and cooperative. Specially at checkout time when we needed an extra hours for late checkout
Breakfast space needs to be bit more spacious as there were queues and waiting time ( when only half an hour left), which might be a reason for staff members at breakfast time were in state of hurry and exhausted
Fantastic hotel
Well I missed the swimming pool
Nice room and a professionally run hotel.
Windows cannot be opened.
Pricey, slightly old out dated hotel, paying over the odds reallt for what you get.
Bed wasn't actually that comfortable just generally for 244 00 per night its high for what you get, dated decor.. clean yes but not worth that much.
Convenient and clean
Hate the fact that the hotel uses plastic-backed mattress protectors which I have a slight allergy to. They really make for poor sleep. I always pull them off but that’s a hassle.

Bathroom a bit on the small side
Check in was excellent, our service from the staff was courteous and very helpful as we were very early and and wanted to park the car before heading off into the city for the day. They assisted with checking in our car and organising a taxi for us.
Our room was a good size for four, it was very clean and just right for our needs of an overnight stay.
Beds were extremely comfortable, lovely bed linen and pillows very soft. The bathroom, shower and toiletries provided were all very pleasant. Nice fluffy towels. Our room faced inward across the bar area, so we were unable to see outside, but this was not a problem for a one night stay. Good blackout curtains and no irritating lights on in the room, so we all had a good night's sleep. We did not notice any noise of other occupants in neighbouring rooms or corridor and the hotel was busy. so top marks for the sound proofing.
We were late getting in that night, so were not able to use the bar in the evening. We didn't take breakfast at the hotel either, but the bar area looked very welcoming.
Only one very slight niggle. We had listed four people when booking our room, but there were only two cups and glasses in our room. As it was late we managed until the next morning, when room service quickly brought more.
