......I order just after arrival a delicious sandwich...with accompanying crisp...
bizarrely the order/ food never arrived @ my table {in dog friendly section}...i was impeled to get up {i was already exhausted by my busy preparations to get to the hotel and keeping my little dog comfortable fed an cool}....i went to the lass on the bar area...she immediately 'told' the kitchen who brought out the food...and offered me a complimentary fruit tea {which was very delicious}...I couldn't understand why i was 'put thru that'...'someone' needs to investigate why?....i am considering a stay at another/ different company hotel...but thank you!!

Where do I start: when u book all fine with booking.com, u get there the reception staff take 50 pounds Sercurity deposit, rip off, the bed was like bricks, slept for 1 hour, my back was killing in the morning, they said it's new mattresses, we slept on a knocked off mattress, crazy excuses, I asked for refund, they said no, greed and all that, when u check out u have to pay 5 pounds for parking as well, never will I go back the marriot again, Refund would of helped.
