Location was perfect for my needs
Very tired
Revolving doors not working
Room was not made at all one of day of my stay
And another towels left without changing even though I had put them on the floor as requested
No one to help with my bags on arrival or when leaving
Had to pay an extra $80 to be able to park

No extras like cotton buds etc
For a prestigious hotel it fell short on the service expected
Staff were nice and friendly. only thing we were looking for was a swimming pool. It could have been excellent if there was pool or play room at least for the kids to enjoy.
I hope more options for breakfast food and hope to have a play room for kids and small swimming pool

Large room and comfy beds
I had to pay £45 for my dog!! They provided absolutely nothing for this. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels with my dog and been provided with a dog bed, bowls ,treats ,poo bags ,toys and even shampoo wipes 😃Come on Marriott this is poor!

Nice room, comfortable for 3 adults.
£50 per night holding fee...which was not mentioned anywhere on this website. That was £100 held from our spending money which was inconvenient.
No pool or spa... considering it's a Marriott hotel by a seaside town and no pool or spa was very disappointing.
£18.50 per person per day for breakfast...yet again Marriott hotel, very disappointing.

Clean and easy to find with very friendly and helpful staff!
The menu … although it looked interesting the fish dish was swimming in oil and the Brisket and Mac and cheese was very dry! If I stayed at the hotel again I think I would eat out! Also the bath was very slippery and the glass shower door to get to taps to turn on the shower was fixed so that it could not be opened and one of our party (3 adults) could not use the shower as unable to get to the handle to help her into the bath! Finally room only set up got 2 people and not 3!

Outside hotel was noisy boy racers , loud bikes , bus stop was a 15 minuet walk and with arthritis it wasn't good , pillows were poor and mattress hard
Comfortable beds and clean room with good air con. Bathroom good. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Poor breakfast, which is totally self service. Basic cutlery, wrapped in a paper napkin and mug set at your table. A large selection of usual things on the buffet but the hot food wasn’t hot. The bacon was overdone and dry, the scrambled eggs tasteless. Some of the prepared fruit was not that fresh.
The building is soulless.
