The space for parking,the location

Cons:

Not so attractive inside,breakfast staff rude,short of customer service politeness,lack of variety of food.Stayed in room 406 and the bed was equivalent to sleep on the floor,very hard.

Hello, I paid £50, but I’m not sure why. The staff member told me that the money would be refunded to my account as cashback within one day. Pros:

Location was great, facilities are nice.

Cons:

The room was a nice size however the mattress was very firm and the pillows were way to soft and collapsed when you laid on them so the support was poor. The bathroom was nice however when you sat on the toilet the wall was very close meaning it was very tight.

Pros:

The bed was awful to sleep in, extremely hard. When we complained the following morning it was clear they were aware of this problem and had had many complaints about it.
We were asked to pay a deposit on arriving which seemed odd as we had paid upfront for our stay. I was informed that we would receive the deposit back within 24 hours if our stay and over 48 hours we have still not received it back.. tried to call them only to get passed from AI bot to AI bot and charged £16 for the luxury of them not even being able to help us. Tried to send an email too so will see how that goes. Overall I wouldn't go back to this hotel, nor recommend it to anyone

Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Easy to find. Quick and simple check in and out with friendly, polite staff

Cons:

Paying extra to park, should be included. Would have liked to be nearer Portsmouth town centre. A bedroom for 4 adults but only 2 cups and 2 tea bags.
