I had a very disappointing experience at this so-called 5-star hotel in Warsaw. I stayed for 3 days with my friends, and from the very beginning, things went wrong.

My reservation was clearly made in Euros (€1632), with the understanding that I would pay in cash upon arrival. However, during check-in, the reception informed me that I had to pay €1713 instead. Their explanation was that the amount had been converted into PLN and then back into Euros, which makes absolutely no sense and is completely unacceptable. If the booking was made in Euros, there is no valid reason for any currency conversion to take place.

This practice directly contradicts the policies of booking platforms like Booking.com and feels highly deceptive. To be honest, it comes across as a clear fraud and an attempt to overcharge guests.

To make matters worse, the hotel’s Google reviews appear to be manipulated. There are numerous suspiciously positive reviews that seem fake or paid for, likely intended to bury genuine negative feedback and mislead potential customers. This is another unethical and shameful tactic.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when considering this hotel. My experience was far below what you would expect from a 5-star establishment.
