Disappointing
Pros:

Staff were very kind, great location

Cons:

We moved 4 rooms within 24 hours, noisy neighbours to start with and then rooms with A/C’s not working, last room had no phone or coffee machine, we gave up after the 4th room

Great location and good value
Pros:

The location by Hyde Park was great, also close to shops and restaurant's. One city block to Bus and train.
Enjoyed having a small balcony with our room.

Cons:

I found the room to be on the small side, not much space around the bed.

Great location. Comfy bed. Good breakfast.

Great location. Close to everything. Comfy bed. Clean and spacious. Walk from Spencer street station, after getting off bus from airport. Breakfast was great too.
