We would happily stay here again
Pros:

Fabulous location. We had stunning views from our window. We basically waked everywhere. The pool and spa were gorgeous

Cons:

Some of the bathroom fittings need an upgrade and the breakfast buffet is rudimentary

Perfect location and good value
Pros:

Great location and the staff were so lovely to us even after we had checked out as we got caught in a thunderstorm on the way back to collect our luggage

Cons:

The bedrooms and bathroom were a little small for 4 adults and not enough seating. But this is minor.

Pros:

Lovely views of Southbank, comfortable bed and lots of space

Cons:

The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible, it was like showering under a hose.
The bathroom overall needs a refresh, the toilet roll holder fell off the wall and there is not enough bench space

Fantastic location and super clean !!
Pros:

We stayed on the 20th floor room 2003 with an amazing view
Super comfy bed and the bed, lounge, kitchen and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Decent glassware and crockery. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine. Curtains blocked out all unwanted light. Breakfast was delicious and not only changed daily, but was replenished as required.

Cons:

The coffee at breakfast was only just drinkable, and I am definitely not a coffee snob. We didn’t get to try out the gym or pool unfortunately. The bar area at night was not very appealing.

Perfect family base for getting around Melbourne.
Pros:

Excellent location for public transport. They were able to store our bags before check in / after check out. The room was comfortable and quiet and the lifts were quick.

There were always lots of staff and every single staff member was polite and friendly, from reception, breakfast, bar/ restaurant, cleaning staff. They were all very professional.

The breakfast is excellent and worth the money to include. Usual bacon, eggs, etc but also good hot vegetarian options like frittata and mushrooms. There is a chef making your eggs to order. Hot sweet brekkie (waffles day 1 / pancakes day 2). Nice pastries, cereals, etc too.

Had dinner at restaurant one night. Food was very reasonable, nice chicken parmi and kids menu cheap and good.

Room is comfortable and easy to cast to tv from your phone.

There’s coin operated washing machines / driers in a room downstairs.

Cons:

Step into shower over bath was fine for us but might be a problem if you have reduced mobility.
