Pros:

The location is close to the train stations and easy to get around the city. Very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the food at the restaurant on the ground floor and via room service. Bed is firm but was comfortable for me. They have an indoor pool, spa, sauna, gym and laundry facilities in the basement which ia very handy. Staff were nice. Overall, I would stay here again.

Cons:

The wifi signal was not great. Some amenities were not restocked when I checked in - eg empty or near empty conditioner. The elevators are a little slow but only minor issues.

It was such a good location . Close to CBD and close to Exhibition Centre
Pros:

Large room with sufficient cookery.

Cons:

Kitchen bench space a bit cramped if trying to make a good meal but lots of cafes and places to eat in the area if didn’t feel like cooking

Great location. Rest so so.
Pros:

I booked a room with breakfast. The room was ok, but toilet water dripped the whole night and electrical board made a very annoying sound too. Bathroom is old and unfortunately there is only a shower in a bathtub which is impossible for anyone with knee or back problems or elderly. I booked breakfast with the room but breakfast room was full and staff left me looking for a space myself. The only option I had was far away from the buffet which didn’t work for me as I had luggage with me and I didn’t want to leave it alone. So I left without breakfast. Locations is great, Reception staff was very nice.

Huge light room. Excellent value stay easygoing staff with o surprise restrictions.
Pros:

Central location. Easy to walk anywhere around central Melbourne Close to trams. Easy walk to Arts centres & the Yarra with its parks & gardens
