The food for breakfast if you paid via the hotel 25 or 35 if you paid direct - food was freezing cold sitting on hot plates - cold - definitely not meeting the requirements - just ordinary for that amount of money food needs to be warm
Location.. We only stay here when we come to Melbourne .. Very convenient. Large room with the best beds.. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was on a high floor with great views across the river. The location was central to the things we were doing.

Not accessible for pram. Staff overcharged at check-in and said he had refunded it that day, however it was not, they decided to wait until check-out to refund the overcharged amount and not informing me. Some staff were hesitate to use disabled lift to help the pram go up the stairs, given it was the only viable way for pram to go up. No assistance bell at disabled lift

In a freak mishap I broke my foot and the few steps at entrance made it difficult to get to lifts as private residents car park was not able to be accessed
The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The reception staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and it was great to have cooking facilities available.
I initially booked from February 5–7 and later decided to extend our stay until February 8. During the first two days, everything was perfect.
When we extended, I informed reception that we would like housekeeping service on February 7. The receptionist advised us to hang the “Make Up Room” sign on our door. We left the hotel around 8:00 am and returned at approximately 6:30 pm, only to find that our room had not been serviced at all.
I called reception to inform them, and after about 15 minutes, someone from housekeeping arrived. We requested that at least the bathroom be cleaned and the amenities replenished.
When I mentioned that it seemed our room had been missed, I was told that housekeeping may have been confused by the card hanging on the door and was advised not to hang the sign next time to avoid confusion. Housekeeping staff should be more mindful of how they respond to guests. Advising guests not to hang the service card on the door to avoid confusion does not seem like a reasonable explanation, especially when the signage is clearly labeled.
Overall, our stay started very well, but this experience was disappointing and could have been handled better.
