Excellent location. Very short walk to trams, river, restaurants and cafes, destinations like immigration museum, and shops. Very comfortable and clean. A problem with the television was sorted promptly by friendly staff. Good facilities e.g. pool, onsite cafe.
We were there for 3 nights and would have liked our room serviced (rubbish removed, tea bag supply topped up, etc). Pillows very uncomfortable and no selection offered.

I went here for the pool & spa
Purchased this hotel for the pool & spa to find out that they were closed. I wouldn’t have gone there otherwise. Very disappointed . Doesn’t take 2 days to be cleaned! And when you went there there was no cleaning being done! Just a closed sign! Paid $25 to get into the room earlier to have to change rooms twice & the first room wasn’t what I’d paid for. So I couldn’t even call reception as the internal phone never worked! Second room didn’t even have a phone. Had to go to reception twice down the elevator as I couldn’t just call. When reception was told they didn’t really care.
The two bedroom apartment was a great size and we had a brilliant view over the city. Staff were very helpful providing additional teabags etc when we asked. Would definitely stay again.

No parking.
Location was great, very close to trams/trains. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bath was good but the bathroom was pretty unclean.
Sauna was great. Gym was well serviced. The staff on reception were mostly very nice.
Room was very tired and dark. A lot of the lights had low level lights so difficult to see. TV remote control was not functioning.
Fire alarm at 4.30 am - everyone evacuated…to the lobby….no clear communication as to what we should do. When the alarms stopped ringing- no one explained had happened and why we were let back in - I didn’t see any signs of fire response- was all a bit unusual! No apologies- and ruined my next day- as struggled to get back to sleep by the time we got back to the room close to 5 am. Felt very sorry for the people with kids and an elderly lady who struggled down the stairs.
Lifts were painfully slow at all times during the stay.
Jacuzzi was same temperature as the pool- very disappointing.
Quiet location, sizeable room, amazing views, pool, spa, sauna, breakfast inclusive.
I was a bit disappointed that the room only had a queen bed, not a King.
Parking was very expensive.

The evacuation could of been managed better with more communication from staff and direction, over the PA system would of got a .message across quickly and also having some one directing in the foyer would of been beneficial.

Not accessible friendly, no ramp at entrance (you have to call reception to activate ramp) or going to pool, I had a baby with pram.
Great rooms, facilities are amazing, food was excellent
Majority of the staff were so lovely and helpful except one receptionist who was incredibly rude and passive aggressive
