Pros:

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent CBD location very convenient for the river, trams and trains. Room was a bit dated but this is reflected in the price. A good kitchen which was appreciated. We enjoyed the gym and pool for exercise, these were both very well maintained. Friendly staff. Look forward to staying here again in the future.

Cons:

The carpet in the room had a few marks on it, probably time for a replacement. Furniture all good and comfortable

It was okay, did the job
Pros:

Central location, stayed here previously expecting same room booked to be of same standard and size. Okay for price, clean and basic - the price would have been reasonable if spa and pool were available and if bathroom was well maintained (mould in shower).

Cons:

Spa and pool closed during stay, room basic, clean. When booked, images showed natural lighting in bedrooms when booked but bedrooms had no windows - quite dark even with light on. Shower poor upkeep - grout and silicone covered in black mould - felt inclined to wear thongs in shower. Bed comfy but beds placed together were two different heights.

Unfortunately, this experience was vastly different to previous time stayed - spa, pool and sauna were available, bright natural light in bedrooms and main room and bathroom tidy, single use shower gel and shampoo and conditioner.
