Overall it was a great stay, definitely stay there again
Pros:

The pool was lovely and clean.
Breakfast was good value
Our room was really quiet.
Bed was comfy

Cons:

Shower over the bath, hard for me to get in and out of , no hand rail.

Oaks on Market feels like home
Pros:

As a regular customer at this location, we feel very comfortable staying here

Cons:

While not much of a line to begin with, it took ages just to progress in the check-in process

Great location, good price, cleanliness terrible.
Pros:

The room sizes in the 2 bed apartment were good. The location was really good and quiet. We didn't use the pool or gym but they looked really spacious.

Cons:

The room was disgusting. Stains on the carpets and bedding. We found four different items under the beds, including a rotten orange and underwear. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the couches were incredibly uncomfortable.

Cons:

I booked a 1 bedroom suite but the bedroom didn’t have a door. Also I requested a cot in advance and they confirmed they were actioning my request. Upon arrival, I asked if the cot was ready and they said oh we have to check if there’s one available and if so, it’s $20 per night. Luckily there was one available however the staff didn’t know how to put it together, I couldn’t do it as I had to hold my screaming child. The cot was broken anyway.

Pros:

It’s a nice place, nice location, staff can be helpful, pool and room service is good

Cons:

There is not parking on site even tho it says there is here on the listing. You need to park like 100m down the road at another parking lot. There was a lot of confusion about this and I even heard other guests saying the same thing. And it is expensive 50 bucks a night. Then I got charges which are unexplained for on my card, and the desk had no idea when I called. Seems like I got charged twice for the parking. So I’ve had to do a lot of chasing up for that. So just be vigilant if you stay here.
