It was ok,probably wouldn’t stay there again.
Pros:

It was a good price.

Cons:

It started to look run down. The elevator was slow and seemed like it was going to get stuck. There was no tv remote in the room. Called said only thing thy could do is moves. Wasn’t doing that. Was already settled in. Breakfast area needed more seating.

Best customer service experience I’ve ever had in a hotel!
Pros:

I’ve stayed in hotels that were overly expensive and considered 5 star in several cities and I’ve stayed in several budget hotels, but I have never had such good customer service in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The ladies I dealt with there went above and beyond for me and my family! I highly recommend!

Pros:

The hotel is nice on the outside, the inside can to a facelift! The elevator I thought was going to get stuck. Can use some extra cleaning, over all it served it’s purpose for what I needed it for.
