Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

Indoor pool was not very clean and had no towels. And the elevator made scary sounds and door would jerk open about a foot just as it was about to close. Was kinda....startling.

Pros:

The staff was very attentive and personable. The shower pressure was awesome.

Cons:

The keys didn't work. Had to have them reset several times. There was always a water track from the pool to the elevator which was dangerous. There is duct tape holding the lamp in the room I was in (219). There was a very odd sticky substance behind the shower curtains.

It was nice and good value for our money with a suite. I’d stay again.
Pros:

The space of the suite was nice and perfect to add a pack n play for our baby that didn’t have to be right in-between the beds.

Cons:

There were things in the room that were broken and the pull out couch was not very comfortable.
