Pros:

Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, all amenities as a hotel but privacy of a condo. The staff was always polite and provided great service. The location was good, close to all restaurants and stores. The garden is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. It felt like a home away from home, we'd definitely like to come back!

Cons:

The hot tub water temperature can be a little warmer.

Fantastiskt vill komma tillbaka snart.
Pros:

Jätterymlig välplanerad lägenhet. Närheten till poolen, gick direkt från uteplatsen. Underbar utsikt från master sovrummet och takvåningen. Allting fanns och att det var lite slitigt gjorde ingenting. Alla fördelar som om man bor på hotell men slipper alla "måsten" som om man hade bott på airbnb. Vi har alltid tidigare bott på hotell men denna typen av boende var det absolut bästa. Läget är perfekt en gata från 5th avenyn, närhet till Beachclubs och taxistation precis utanför. Poolen alldeles lagom. Positiva överarskningar är att dricksvatten ingår och transport av väskor vid in och utcheckning. Skulle boka igen.

Utemöblerna behövs fräshas upp.

Pros:

렌트카로 숙소 이동했는데 무료주차가능해서 편했습니다. 5번가 가까워서 저녁에 관광하기 좋고 액티비티 예약해서 버스타러가기에도 멀지 않았습니다. 걸어서 8분거리, 조식은 이용하지 못했는데 가능한 식당이 두군데 있다고 했고 해변과 가깝다고 했지만 막상 가려니 수영이나 해변에서 즐기기는 어려울것 같더라구요 해초도 많아서요ㅎㅎ 숙소내 수영장과 프라이빗 공간에서 즐겼네요. 차로 7분거리 월마트에서 장볼수 있고 숙소내 바베큐 공간에서 고기도 구워먹고 별구경도 좋았어요. 가족들과 함께하는 여행으로 추천해요

첫날 화장실 변기가 막혔어요ㅠ 뚫어뻥이 옆에 있었던 이유가 있었겠지요ㅎㅎ

Un séjour au cœur de l'action avec un logement impeccable et un parking sécurisé, malgré une réception déportée.
Pros:

• La situation géographique : Idéale, à deux pas de la Quinta Avenida et de l'animation.
• Les installations : La piscine est superbe et le logement était d'une propreté irréprochable.
• La sécurité : Le parking privé et sécurisé est un énorme plus pour avoir l'esprit tranquille à Playa del Carmen.

Cons:

• La logistique de réception : Le fait que la réception soit située dans un autre établissement n'est pas très pratique, surtout à l'arrivée.
• Le bruit : C'est bruyant la nuit, mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en plein centre-ville. Des boules Quies peuvent être utiles pour les sommeils légers.

Confort, proche Quinta Avenida, petit déjeuner juste en face, station taxi à proximité. Piscine agréable.

Cons:

Le bruit car très proche Quinta Avenida. Prévoir boules Quies sutout le week-end.

Pros:

Everything. We loved the style, the staff, the fitnessstudio. 2 steps to the city center and yet very quiet in the night.
The only question ist how could this location not have a 10 on ratings.
I would suggest it to anyone going to playa del Carmen.
The restaurants in front were perfect.
Don’t book an all inclusive! Enjoy the city and this beautiful apartment.

The only good thing is location

Cons:

You can’t get staff anytime you need them. The lobby is in a different street than condo. Internet service is horrible, no hot water, pool is super small and in order to get a lounger you have to wake up really early. No elevator so be ready to carry luggages up the stairs to the top floor. Everything is outdated in the unit and there is no way that sq.ft is right what they are telling you it is. It was really overpriced for what you get

Not great, was probably a nice place to stay a few years ago, it is starting to show signs of wear

Good location, very spacious rooms

Cons:

The property is clearly very dated and is in desperate need of refurbishment.
We found cigarette butts in the sun lounger area, the hot tub didn't work, the cleaner only came to the property once to hand us new towels, the bed sheets didn't get changed the whole time we were there.
The hot tub in the swimming pool area did work but there was a film of scum on top of the water in the hot tub so we had to shower before going into the pool.

Een van de zwembaden werd gerenoveerd, het geluid was elke middag oorverdovend. Gelukkig mochten we gebruik maken van het zwembad bij de Beachclub.
