Hotel Conca Park

Great location close to town, comfy bed, clean and modern, complimentary drinks and a fridge, access to free filtered water, great pool, lots of comfy chairs and lounges, great Buffett breakfast, stylish hotel, stunning bar and garden. We were there for some free entertainment in the garden on a warm night which really improved our experience.

Well located hotel with magnificent views of the Sorrento and Bay of Naples.

Absolutely lovely hotel, very clean and beautifully decorated. All the staff are professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. It’s family run and has a great ethos. Very relaxing atmosphere , it’s like home from home. The food is exceptional with vegetables sourced from their own garden. It’s in good location as well, near to Main Street and square, don’t hesitate to book.

This hotel is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. The hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our well appointed room was large for two people with a super king-size bed and a balcony overlooking Mount Vesuvius , it had a small fridge and a safe. We really liked the IT via the TV that allowed us to check our bar bills,food and hotel extra expenses in real time.. The room was very clean as was the hotel pool area etc. The food was really appetising,every evening there were several mains to choose from ,all freshly prepared and so many salads,sides and homemade desserts we did not have repeated meals at all during our 10 day holiday. Breakfast was varied and fresh with plenty to choose from.
We had a fabulous holiday and the hotel was excellent. We will visit beautiful Sorrento again and obviously Conca Park will definitely be our Hotel of choice.

Location was great, all the staff were really lovely, kind and helpful. Loved the zero waste philosophy, the pool and the spa! The interior design of a lot of the spaces (bar in particular) were really stunning. I would recommend paying extra for the beautiful view of the Vesuvius

I absolutely loved everything about Conca Park! The location is perfect just a short walk from the center of Sorrento, yet peaceful and surrounded by greenery. The hotel’s eco-friendly concept really stands out in every detail, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay.

The room was modern, spotless, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after exploring the Amalfi Coast, and the bar served amazing cocktails at sunset.

I also loved the unique tunnel entrance with music such a fun and different touch that makes the experience even more memorable. 💚

Highly recommend it for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort, sustainability, and great vibes!

A lovely stay in this centrally located hotel. The walk through the art gallery corridor (and for my children the occasional ride in the golf cart) was a memorable experience - with the positive feeling continuing inside the hotel. It was quiet while we stayed - but you could imagine there being lots of space to relax even in summer with lots of garden / lounge and different bar areas to lounge in. The pool was lovely - although cold as we were staying just before it gets heated (and it gets very little sun) and the gym was small but had all you needed. The breakfast had a good range of choice and our room - we were upgraded to a Vesuvius view interlinked room rather than GF family room - was stunning and had all you needed for a relaxing stay.

Hotel Conca Park is in a perfect location to explore Sorrento, 5 minutes from Corso de Italia.
The ambience in the hotel is relaxed and friendly.
The selection of foods at dinner is great, from Soup to Dessert.
Rooms are stylish and roomy .
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel ...and I will return.

Fantastic stay in Sorrento at Hotel Conca Park. Room was spacious and comfortable and the view to Vesuvius from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is modern and well maintained with the garden tour and art collection a real bonus. The choice and quality of food at breakfast and dinner was excellent and the staff were very friendly and professional. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the centre of town. Looking forward to our next visit already!

All the staff from reception, to luggage handlers, restaurant and shuttle pickups were professional, pleasant and accommodating making the custimer experience memorable. The reception area is splendid and the chauffered drive to reception in a schuttle is really a nice touch. The reception and wsljwsy is lined with beautiful art that will sure to resonate with travellers. The buffet had an excellent selection, with changes every day. The room was clean and met my requirements. English as well as Italian is spoken with the hotel popular with lots of North American, UK, European visitors from families, couples, solo and business travellers.
The hotel is central for exploring Sorrento and for going on excursions. The main street lined either boutiques, restaurants and coffees shops, museums and churches are a stroll away. The hotel also had a TUI rep who was helpful and made great recommendations. Please check Concha Park out for your stay in Sorrento and the environs.

A Great Location. 2 Min from Central Street with all the shops and restaurants.
The Staff is really nice. We also got a lovely welcome gift (reusable water bottle), which I really appreciated, as they care about the environment
It's really good and comfortable to have parking in the hotel for those who travel by car.
Also the Hotel is really well designed with a lots of cozy seating areas

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt zu empfehlen. Leider ist der Kaffee beim Frühstück wässrig und an der Bar auch unterdurchschnittlich.

I stayed at Hotel Conca Park in October with two friends for a special retirement celebration. We reserved three rooms, including a suite with a private hot tub. That feature was the reason we paid extra—yet it never worked. We reported the issue the first night, the second night (when a staff member attempted to fix it), and again each day after, except once due to weather. Repeated promises were made by front desk staff, including a call (on speakerphone) assuring us the room and extras would be refunded. The next morning, we confirmed this again at checkout with two staff members, and were told the $4,000 charge on my card would be reversed. Multiple people in our group heard these conversations.
Instead, days later I received an email from the hotel’s owner claiming no such promise was made and implying we were lying. That was deeply offensive and unprofessional. I stand by our experience and have several witnesses.
The other rooms were disappointing—especially the "family" room, which was small, uncomfortable, and dated. For the price we paid across all three rooms, the service and integrity fell far short of expectations. I would not stay here again and will be filing a formal dispute with American Express.
