Very lovely hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. My niece also has a gluten allergy and they cooked it all separately and bought over food, like bread etc which was also gluten free. Lovely walk to the centre and to the port area. Definitely would recommend staying here.

We have stayed at Conca Park several times over the last 5 years. It is our go to hotel as it caters to everything we need on holiday. we stayed in a first floor room with garden view and balcony which gave lovely views of the surrounding mountains, city and Mt. Vesuvius. The room itself was very clean and roomy with a large very comfortable bed. There is a wall safe, free to use in the room, a kettle and mugs, a small fridege with an optional mini bar facility available by contacting reception. The room also had a large screen tv with internet access. The hotel provides free wifi which was very good. The ensuite bathroom was roomy and clean with a hair dryer and soap dispensers and shower gel provided. We found the french door roller shutters very useful as the sun rose around 6.30 am and was really bright so we would close them at night. The balcony was in full sun from sunrise to about 3 pm so you could relax in the chairs provided and read or just enjoy the views. We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful whether in reception, the bar or the restaurant. We were half board and found the daily menus to be varied and flavourful, much of the food coming from the hotel gardens. There is a solar heated pool and paddling pool with sunbeds which is in the sun for most of the day. the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre and is reasonably quiet with regards to noise from the city. The atmosphere is very relaxing with evening entertainment several times a week in the main bar. We keep returning to Conca Park as we find it to be great value and they always make us feel valued as customers. We will return!!

Belle chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit et une superbe vue sur Sorrento et le Vésuve. Décorée avec goût et de la place pour mettre ses affaires. Petite terrace parfaite pour un apéro.
Grande salle de bain bien équipée.
Petit-déjeuné avec de quoi faire et de bons produits.
Belle piscine avec beaucoup de transats.
Personel efficace et aimable.

Homely & friendly it is not, but it does have a wow factor. Communal areas huge & minimalist except quirky bits of modern art that save it from being too clinical. My room had a balcony with amazing view of Vesuvius.
Maybe we were unlucky but we found the staff very unfriendly & unhelpful. We did not feel welcomed at all. Only exceptions were the lady overseeing the coffee machine & the men driving the golf buggy that take you from the entrance to the reception desk.

Muy buena ubicación y además muy original. El acceso por un túnel precioso con obras de arte en carritos de golf es una experiencia para recordar Habitaciones muy amplias con terraza y el baño muy cómodo . El buffet de desayuno muy completo y la piscina muy agradable

A szállás nagyon jó helyen volt és a személyzet rendkívül segítőkész volt. A szállás stílusa és kialakítása káprázatos volt. A reggeli tökéletes volt, jó volt tartalmas reggelivel indítani a kirándulós napokat.

Hotel really central for exploring sorrento town in the evening. Very clean, spacious and staff really attentive . We stayed half board and food selection was varied . Our only disappointment that would prevent our return was the temperature of the food -all dishes were in plates under lamps and barely warm. Unless you ate very quickly food would have been cold before you finished. Only the freshly made omelette for breakfast was really hot .

We visited Conca park 27 years ago and loved it then, so we revisited for our silver wedding anniversary In April. I cannot praise this hotel enough…. From the delicious food, immaculate rooms, courteous staff and beautiful surroundings…. Not to mention the breathtaking views and amazing art work

Hotel Conca Park is a wonderful hotel set in an ideal location, close to Sorrento’s centre, yet away from all the hustle and bustle. We had a lovely modern, clean and comfortable room with free use of a safe. There was also a small fridge, kettle and mugs, which was unexpected but a very welcome added bonus. We had a corner cliff facing room, on the 4th floor and we were able to see the sea and pool from our balcony.
All the hotel staff were friendly, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the hot and cold buffet breakfast and the buffet dinner included a wide choice of quality delicious hot and cold food, which changed daily during our one week stay.
The pool areas were clean, well-presented with good changing room facilities and a beach towel can be hired for the duration of your stay at a cost of 3 euros.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Conca Park to our friends and family.

My husband and I have just returned from a truly wonderful holiday in Sorrento staying at the Conca Park. Everything about the hotel was first class. We had a sea view room which was very comfortable and the standards of housekeeping and cleanliness of the rooms and all areas of the hotel were very high. All the staff we had contact with were very friendly and professional. I would like to mention Michele who I believe was the restaurant manager for his outstanding care and attention. We stayed Half Board as my husband is coeliac and I had read many reviews about the standard of food in the hotel and particularly about the understanding around catering for a gluten free diet. We were extremely impressed with Michele and all the restaurant staff and the food both at breakfast and in the evening in variety and quality was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning for a holiday in the future.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Really spacious, elegant and well laid out. Excellent food- both in range and local produce. Lovely staff. They’re the first zero waste hotel in Italy which was evident from their attention to detail. Highly recommended.

This hotel blew me away and I do not say that lightly.
I stayed here as a solo, female traveller for 4 nights in April 2026.
The whole hotel is beautifully presented throughout. The interior colours are calming, and the public areas are full of light with eye catching artwork and sculptures everywhere. And the outdoor spaces are equally stunning, the pool area has fabulous views with plenty of sun-beds scattered around it. Lemon trees offer shaded areas to relax in and there are lots of comfy, cushioned chairs to curl up in as well.
I stayed in a room with a sea view, and it was totally worth it. Plus the room was spacious with plenty of storage and a good size bathroom.
And the location is perfect. Literally a 5 minute walk from the centre of Sorrento, with all the restaurants and shops that you could ever need.
And yet at the hotel you feel like you are in the countryside.

If you are planning a trip to Sorrento you should stay at Conca Park Hotel. It is a spacious hotel with a unique layout offering exceptional service. All staff are friendly and helpful and the food is the best buffet food we have ever had. The pumpkin pasta and homemade marmalade were our favourites. The bar area and outside seating are are lovely. The pool area is clean and well maintained and despite being very close to the centre it is peaceful. We loved Sorrento, the vibe is special with so much to do and you will go a bit lemon crazy!
