The swimming pool and gym..
The staff is helpful and you can tell that they’re doing their best to work with what they have.

Cons:

The building is old, the air conditioning was not working. It is a pain to have to pass by the reception before you exit the hotel with your card only to have them activate your card so you can exit the parking. Starbucks in the hotel is almost useless (they only have about 3-4 items to eat..) very poor selection!

Pésima gestión, cero privacidad y un trato denigrante al huésped

El gimnasio está muy bien equipado, sin duda alguna es lo mejor que tiene el hotel.

Cons:

Nos hospedamos un total de 10 días por motivos de negocios en CDMX y la experiencia fue una auténtica pesadilla debido a la alarmante falta de profesionalismo, respeto y privacidad por parte del personal.

Invasión total de la privacidad: Saltó el detector de humo y subió un empleado a verificar justo cuando yo acababa de salir de la ducha, literalmente en toalla. Le comenté que podía revisar, y el hombre, con una falta de tacto absoluta, entró hasta el fondo de la habitación sin importarle mi situación.

Interrupciones absurdas: Por la mañana te despiertan tocando a la puerta a las 8:00 AM solo para decirte "buenos días". Es ridículo, ¿en qué siglo estamos para que en un hotel te despierten así? Por si fuera poco, más tarde regresamos para tomar una siesta y nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación sin permiso ninguno para preguntar si todo estaba bien con la limpieza. Nos despertaron y violaron nuestra intimidad.

Incompetencia y trato denigrante en recepción: Después nos llaman diciendo que van a volver a subir porque el sensor sigue fallando (cuando solo estábamos durmiendo). Esperamos 15 minutos y, como nadie apareció y era imposible descansar, bajamos a recepción muy molestas. Al pedir explicaciones de por qué nadie subía, el personal no supo qué contestar, ni nos miraron a la cara y nos trataron básicamente como si fuéramos drogadictas. Una falta de respeto inmensa.

Trato condicionado a propinas: Tras hablar con varios huéspedes, nos confirmaron que con total seguridad nos armaron todo este lío porque ese día no les habíamos dejado propina a los que limpiaban la habitación. Es una ridiculez que te traten de manera denigrante por no dejar unos míseros pesos de propina. Se venden al mejor postor.

Voy seguido a CDMX por trabajo y jamás me había topado con un hotel donde te abran la puerta mientras duermes y, encima, te juzguen y te traten con ese nivel de altanería. No volveré nunca más.
