Pros:

Thanks to the whole staff who provided professional service during a very busy national holiday. Gym, pool, restaurant, concierge, etc. were well-staffed. Thanks to Ivy at the front desk for a warm check-in and check-out.

Modern, clean and well appointed hotel.
Pros:

Very nice, modern hotel, set within the parklands of west Shanghai. Plenty of recreational activities and walking nearby, along with Happy Valley Shanghai theme park (which isn’t that happy!!). Overall a nice stay, although AC wasn’t activate due to the hotel not using the central chiller. Room was a rather unpleasant 25 degrees at night, even with balcony door open. The second night they gave us a fan…!

I have stayed here two times till now. And it seems like the management is getting poor.
Pros:

Breakfast is okay but management is terrible. Too many people and too little staffs. When it is a busy time basically it is a chaos.

Cons:

Staffs do not speak English at this five star hotel. Ridiculous. It took 30 min for me to check in. And too many people for the breakfast.

Hotel para familia con niños
Pros:

Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, pocos restauranes, hora del Lunch muy poco que elegir. No cuenta con bicicletas, no hay entretenimiento para adultos. La piscina es grande, pero arriendan unos barcos para niños lo que limita bastante el espacio seguro. Recomendable para familias con niños, No para parejas.

Pros:

We spend two nights in here. The hotel is very quite, especially night . Room big and clean. The robot delivery make my boy really happy. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food is a bit expensive. breakfast got variety, but taste not up to the standards. Overall we enjoy the stay.

Pros:

亲子做的不错，但是亲子项目收费挺高的，游泳池不错，还有一个热池。早餐人很多，需要排队，我们被安排到了五楼中餐厅，就没什么服务了。入住退房都要排队。礼宾部的小哥特别棒，服务到位。

The room is great! the bed is a great size and very comfortable.
The staff is very helpful. The hotel it self is a bit old and tirred but the room makes up for it. We had a very pleasant stay.

Great place to stay when in Songjiang
Pros:

Great stay, not the first time, not the last time either.
Big, very well equipped rooms.
Only drawback is that the hotel is very isolated thus no shops or the like.
If you look for a place to rest, eat, and continue the day after with your duties, this is a great place.
