שמחים לשתף בחוויתנו המצוינת במלון ספורט אילת! המלון נקי ומטופח.שירות לאורח יוצא מן הכלל- הצוות תמיד זמין ואדיב, דואג לכל צורך ברגישות ובמהירות. זאת הפעם השנייה שלנו השנה ואנחנו נהננו בכל רגע.
תודה לכל צוות המלון על היחס והאווירה הנעימה.

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שהיינו שמחים לראות הוא תכנייה ערבית עשירה יותר למבוגרים, שתשדרג עוד יותר את החוויה.
הדבר השני שלא אהבנו: בקבלה בעת הצק אין חלק מהעובדים שהם בעצם הפנים של המלון לא היו מסבירי פנים ונעימים הקרינו חוסר סבלנות ויהירות..חוויה לא נעימה לאורח. בקשתי לקרוא לאלכס אחראי קבלה שהכרתי מהחופשה הקודמת והוא בדרכי נועם סבלנות וחיוך הרגיע וטיפל בנו.

הגענו ביום שלישי לתחרות ישראמן. המלון עוד לא היה מלא במשתתפים. בקשנו לעבור לחדר עם מרפסת וקבלנו תשובה שלילית. למחרת כל החברים שלנו שהגיעו קבלו חדרים עם מרפסות

מעולה ואם היינו יכולים היינו חוזרים עם כל הילדים הגדולים שזה 4 חדרים אבל זה קשה במחיר

לצערנו בקומה שלנו היו 2 משפחות עם ילדים קטנים שהפריעו את השקט במסדרונות וברעש בחדרים

שבת עוגמת נפש מהחדר, אוכל לא מגוון , נחמד לא הייתי חוזרת להתארח שוב שם.

אהבנו את היחס של הצוות והרצון לעשות לאורחים טוב.

לגוון באוכל של צהריים וערב. .. מאחר ואנו שומרי שבת ,שוחחנו בהתחלה עם נציגה ונאמר לנו שאנו מקבלים מרפסת פונה להרים.
קיבלנו חדר ללא מרפסת כלל היינו בקוביה כל השבת ממש הייתה לי עוגמת נפש , ללא אפשרות לצאת היה חושך.
