La vegetación es increíble, el lugar es muy amplio y está perfectamente bien conservado, es una hacienda próxima a cumplir 500 años pero está muy bien cuidada y bonita, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa y la atención es muy amable y atenta, excelente hotel, lo recomiendo ampliamente
Solo que la habitación con una cúpula tenga un tragaluz y entre tanta luz desde temprano

Cascó de hacienda increíble y bien cuidado, con historia y comida muy rica, la construcción del hotel 2 o 3 estrellas, pobres amenizadas y decoración, el sistema de TV nunca funcionó, sin rampa para discapacitados , los alrededores del hotel es una zona muy fea donde.nonse ve seguro para andar de noche ni hay que hacer comer o visitar!
This place is beautiful in its own way, amazing and unique. The gardens, landscaping, patios and the whole layout is just beautiful. But somehow to the ancestor's time period and somehow i got connected in a sad way, knowing what H Cortes did with the indigenous and slaves.
Hotel muy bonito, con perfecto mantenimiento de las áreas , los cuartos limpios y con un balcón muy lindo .
El servicio de spa excelente , la masajista Adriana es sumamente amable .
El gym podría mejorar ya que 3 de los 5 aparatos que hay no funcionan .
En cuanto al restaurante muy rica la comida y el servicio en general bueno . Únicamente la hostest que estuvo el domingo pésima actitud, me contestó horrible al pedirle una mesa , me dijo que mi reserva era para dos y esa mesa era para 4 y atrás de mí entró una pareja y les dio esa mesa ; el capitán del restaurante y los meseros fueron muy amables con nosotros, los felicito a todos los demás .

La recepción fue muy rápida y nos dieron la habitación de inmediato, tuvimos habitaciones compartidas y estaban en excelente estado limpias, amplias y con balcón a una vista preciosa.
En el restaurante la escondida festejamos mi cumpleaños y la comida fue excelente pero la atención de Hugo Martínez fue espectacular, siempre atento y hasta la historia de la Hacienda nos contó, nos hizo sentir como en casa y el servicio es el mejor,

La alberca es una zona apartada para relajarte y disfrutar, los niños la disfrutaron mucho.
La habitación es muy cómoda y las camas son un sueño, limpia y muy espaciosa.
