פעם ראשונה שלנו האמת הופתענו לטובה . החדרים נקיים . המיקום ממש מרכזי קרוב להכל .המנהלת מדהימה!! מירב .ממש בזכותה כל השהות היתה הרבה יותר .ובכלל כל אנשי הצוות ממש שירותים הרבה יותר ממלונות אחרים שהיינו ברשת ישרוטל .

מלון על הפרצוף יחס של צוות העובדים נוראי הזמנו מגבות לחדר עד שקיבלנו אותם אחרי כמה שיחות לקבלה שאמרו שמגבות כבר מגיעות והגיעו אחרי שעה של המתנה לא ניקו לנו את החדרים כמו שצריך כל הרצפה הייתה שחורה מנהלת הקבלה ממש לא נחמדה וגזענית חצי יום נשרף לנו בגללה כל דבר עשתה לנו בעיות והקשתה מאוד לסיים את תהליך הצק אין שאמור לקחת גג 5 דק סגרנו חדר אחד עם מרפסת וחדר אחד בלי קיבלנו שני חדרים ללא מרפסת ואחרי שוידאנו עם מנהלת הקבלה שאמרה שאכן יש מרפסת בחדר הגענו לחדרים וראינו שבשתי החדרים אין מרפסות חזרנו לקבלה דיברנו איתם ואמרו שזה החדרים שהזמנו אחרי שאמרו לנו שיש מרפסת חוויה נוראית שירות זוועה יחסי אינוש מזעזעים אנחנו לא נחזור למלון הזה שוב!
