La posizione centrale da cui è facile raggiungere qualsiasi luogo di Madrid, l'albergo è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

Ho dovuto reclamare ciò che mi spettava di diritto, avendo pagato molto una double room superior. La prima notte del soggiorno sono stata ospitata in una stanzina, piccola, buia, puzzolente di fogna e di muffa e con la finestra del bagno oscurata da una tenda inamovibile.
Insonorizzazione inesiste! Ho sentito i vicini di stanza fare la doccia, parlare al telefono, litigare tra di loro.
Per avere una stanza migliore ho dovuto fare la voce grossa e chiedere l'intervento del direttore, in seguito alle mie giuste richieste ci hanno trasferito in una stanza migliore (quantomeno non puzzava).
Il mattino successivo una manager mi ha risposto che in camera c'era cattivo odore perchè la notte aveva piovuto!!!!
Gli arredi del Petit Palace Alcalà sono scadenti, i corridoi brutti e stretti, gli ascensori minuscoli, c'è una sala a disposizione della clientela con un divano e due poltrone, ma difficilmente si riesce a sostare.
L'unica cosa decente (ampiamente fotograta) è la veranda al 5° piano dove viene servita la colazione, veranda che rimane chiusa per il resto del giorno.
Niente in questo albergo fa pensare ad un 4 stelle (costoso)

Céntrica ubicación en calle de Alcalá
Pros:

Ubicación muy práctica: cerca del centro, pero no tan cerca. Desayuno óptimo y en bello lugar. La habitación peqieña pero muy cómoda.
