Nice hotel
Pros:

The location is just outside Georgetown, around 10 mins taxi ride. So quite peaceful and relaxing, you can walk in Gurney Park across the road to escape the noise of Georgetown. The swimming pool was good, although it was in the shade and there was a separate kids pool, with lots of water fountains. The room was a good size with ample storage - 3 double wardrobes! Housekeeping was immaculate, but had to ask for a soap dispenser to be refilled on one occasion. Breakfast was okay, reasonable choice and well stocked, although some items were not where you would expect them.

Cons:

Evening dining was a non-event, virtually no one present, everyone seemed to eat elsewhere. Reception staff were polite and efficient, but not particularly friendly. Big disappointment was the RM200 refundable deposit that wasn't explained sufficiently or the reasons for it. We would not expect this to be required in a 5 star hotel, in fact none of the other 5 star hotels we stayed at asked for a deposit!

Pros:

Ausstattung des Studios war ausgezeichnet. Ich war im 35. Stock untergebracht und der Ausblick war atemberaubend. Das Hotel hat einen schönen Pool und ein ordentlich ausgestattetes Gym.

In der Nähe gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants.

Overall very nice. But the cleaning staff action is highly suspicious.
Cons:

At 9.30am the day i was suppose to check out a male cleaning staff attempted to enter my room. He unlocked the room door with key card but blocked by the latch. He extended his hand in and attempted to uplift the latch but unsuccessful. My wife and chilren were horrified with such actions. I encountered the staff at door steps and he asked whether i am about to checkout today. I replied yes, we find out his action is unusual and suspicious. We have refered the above matter to Person in charge (house keeping manager) upon check out. They promised to reply me via email after investigation but still did not receive any reply from them after a week plus. We hope the relevant authority can follow up the matter.
