i would say some of the staff needs to be trained more.
smile is something they were lacking. From front desk to Cafe/breakfast. They look moody and i felt as though i am there to trouble them. Troubling them to cook an egg, troubling them to get me a set of cutlery cause the table was not properly set. However, the house keeping staff is good.
The front desk staff checking out, was more interested in playing with his phone than serving the customer standing in front of the desk.
