Excellent!
Pros:

Mattress was firm and comfortable.
Bath salts were provided, which is not common in hotels.
Location was central and accessible to main attractions.
Staff was helpful - I left an item in the room upon check out, and the staff located the item and arranged was it to be delivered to me.

Cons:

Nothing major - the above ground parking was 4 stories up and required driving up the ramp for 4 stories.

Good location and luxury stay with beautiful views
Pros:

Beautiful pool and views. Lovely lobby. Nice touch to have fresh fruit and butterfly pea infused water in the afternoon and snacks - some days. Rooms are spacious and shower nice and hot with great water pressure. Reasonable prices for food and wine at the pool bar and good options. Cocktail of the month with buy one get one offer was nice for a refreshing poolside drink. There is a mall connected with cafes and shops so good for grabbing a quick bite or picking something up on the way out for the day. Used the shuttle service too which was a nice perk and saved on a couple of Grab rides.

Cons:

No complaints!

シティー観光のホテルとして非常に良かったです。良かったです。
Pros:

非常に清潔で機能的でした。シービューの部屋にしましたが角部屋で窓からの視界もよく、広さも十分でした。午後のペナンは暑く部屋でくつろぐのに良かったです。
またトイレットペーパーなども清掃の際に予備を足してくれるなど細部まで気が利いてました。

Cons:

欠点とは言いませんが、フィルター水が飲めると案内頂きましたが、やはりミネラルウォーターが置いてある方が安心感があると感じます（同じビルにコンビニもあり調達は簡単でしたが）

The hotel is new, well maintained, hotel personnel were pleasant, responsive, helpful.
Pros:

Location was ideal. Clean environment, good view, access to a grocery, other eating places.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ascott, the team were all so helpful and friendly and were on hand for any support we nee
Pros:

The room was very large and spacious which was great for our baby to run around in. The breakfast had a large variety of food available and we looked forward to it every morning! The children’s pool area was lovely and our baby had a lot of fun in it. It was also great to have a self-service laundry available.

Cons:

Nothing at all.

A hotel with good bones, superb location, a pool level with wonderful views out to sea.
Pros:

The pool and the shaded childrens water ‘garden’ the views from the pool level.
A delicious and very reasonably priced lunch buffet.
Excellent housekeeping services.
Wonderful location to a shopping plaza that has most everyday things you could possibly need. Rooms are spacious and have furniture with rounded corners which is great for young children and ‘clumsy’ adults.

Cons:

Front of house staff could do with additional training on welcoming guests rather than wait for guests to actually approach for assistance. Sitting behind desks and computer screens conveys a corporate office environment rather than a premium hotel reception.
