Pros:

Very central to Guadalajara. The staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi is good. The shower had good hot water.

I would choose San Francisco Plaza for any Guadaljara visit.
Pros:

Great! location in historic center, easy 5-20 minute walk to all significant sites (cultural museums churches). Two blocks to Metro rail, green/red buses at church plaza. True classic interior architecture. Excellent helpful front desk managers. Spacious room 2xx comfy bed good toilet/shower. Charming view downward onto interior courtyard from second level walkway.

Cons:

The restaurant was not open, but there are several good options for breakfast lunch dinner within 1-5 blocks. My room 2xx had no 'street' window (unnecessary? because I prefer interior window overlook onto eclectic courtyard ..so would request room above ground/street level)
