Pros:

La chambre spacieuse et bien entretenue. Le personnel est discret et disponible. Le cadre est sympathique avec ses deux patios bien entretenus. La fontaine est un plus

good location to visit city center
Pros:

The location is perfect to visit the places of interest in the city center. The cost value ratio is appropriate for the venue. I was given earplugs after the first night without sleep due to loud music noise. The lady at the reservation desk has kindly helped me with a printout on her printer.

Cons:

The heydays of this hotel lies far in the past. There was loud music noise from a club across the street until 2am every night during my 3 nights stay.

lugar perfecto para conocer el centro de Guadalajara
Pros:

las instalaciones son fabulosas porque te trasladan a través de la historia del mexico colonial, con espacios grandes grandes fuentes y jardines, tiene servicio de estacionamiento a un costado del hotel, la ubicación privilegiada muy cerca de la catedral de Guadalajara, el mercado de san juan, los mercados joyeros, museos y lugares emblemáticos, restaurantes y cantinas tradicionales de Guadalajara

Cons:

que no estaba funcionando la cocina del hotel los días que estuvimos hospedados, y que el estacionamiento se comparte con otro hotel

Pros:

There wasn't any breakfast.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that for four days the lock on the door didn't function from the outside of the door. We had to constantly go downstairs and get the front desk staff to come and reset the lock for four days. They never offered us a different room.
I demand a partial refund.

Accueil tiède, lits très dure et j'ai été piquer par je ne sais quoi à plusieurs reprises. Pas de café dans les chambres. Service laissé à désiré, nous avons montré nos bagages nous même.
