Accueil tiède, lits très dure et j'ai été piquer par je ne sais quoi à plusieurs reprises. Pas de café dans les chambres. Service laissé à désiré, nous avons montré nos bagages nous même.

Location friendly staff coffe and sweet bread every morning and they offer tour from and back to the hotel

Es una lastima que no cuenten con el servicio de restaurante....es un buen hotel, aseado y muy comodo pero el complemento del servicio lo haria mucho mejor

La atención del personal de recepción que dijo que mi reserva era para una persona cuando la hice para dos adultos y aseguraba que solo era una y tuve que sacar el correo de confirmación se convenció, para una próxima visita a GDL tomaré en cuenta ese dato.
