Balletti Palace Hotel

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Colazione ricca. Gli arredi sono molto datati, sarebbe veramente ora di fare un restyling. Per il resto, stanze pulite e silenziose.

The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general. I had a blast hearing about the world from his well-considered point of view.

Excelente localização para quem está de carro alugado, com fácil acesso para a saída da cidade e opções de estacionamento gratuito ao lado do hotel.
O café da manhã é bem simples , mas para quem não é exigente ok ;

Le finestre si aprono di pochi centimetri e l'afa è notevole. L'albergo e in ristrutturazione ma l'impressione è di grande trascuratezza

Struttura un po' datata però molto centrale ben collegata al centro!

Personale gentilissimo

Hotel essenziale quanto a servizi, ma ottimo per la posizione e per la cordialità dello staff.
Dalle recensioni mi ero lasciata scoraggiare (effettivamente forse 4 stelle sono troppe) ma alla fine ci ha regalato un soggiorno piacevole e senza intoppi.

Senza pretese, ma alla fine partendo la mattina e tornando a fine giornata è più che sufficiente. La vicinanza al centro e il parcheggio sono stati sicuramente un plus.

Lavori di ristrutturazione ancora in corso, in compenso hanno ripristinato l'ascensore..

Soggiorno molto piacevole, nonostante il maltempo. Hotel di buon livello; stanza ampia ben al di là delle aspettative e ben arredata, con affaccio gradevole. Location vicina al centro storico e alla Stazione Porta Fiorentina; Stazione Porta Romana raggiungibile in una ventina di minuti a piedi. Prima colazione gustosa, con ricco buffet. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto prezzo-qualità

Personale cordiale e disponibile, struttura un pò datata ma ben mantenuta e pulita, rimane in una posizione molto comoda specie per chi arriva con i mezzi pubblici, consigliato anche a chi soggiorna in famiglia, stanza ampia e spazi adeguati.

As soon we walked into the lobby it smelled like a dirty ashtray. Thanks God, we had prepaid and check in was expedite. The parking was across the street from the hotel and it was in a safe location. The room was comfortable and very clean and no cigarette smell. Breakfast was simple but good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cordialità , professionalità , pulizia , struttura che arriverà al massimo visto che ci sono i lavori in corso .
Ad oggi comunque consigliabile , buono il livello .

This property was well located, close to the train station and the historic center. When we arrived the street was very dark. The front desk person did not speak any English at all, and she could not find our reservation. I told her I had booked one room with one double bed and one twin bed. We got a room with two twin beds. After a very long day of travelling I had no energy to argue with someone who couldn’t understand anything I was saying. The Expedia page says hotel has an on-site restaurant. We head there for dinner because we are starving and although there are many many empty tables, we were told “we are full”. I look around at all the empty tables and say “ you aren’t full, there are all these empty tables”. Now the guy yells at me WE ARE FULL. Ooook I then see pizza boxes and I ask if I can get a pizza to take away, he say (very rudely) NO! We go back to the front desk person who can’t do anything or offer any suggestions. They should not claim to have an on-site restaurant if it’s not run by the hotel and if arriving guest can’t get a table. So we are exhausted and starving and the front desk person was useless. Next day on-site breakfast was fine. This morning I was woken up early by the maid in the hall. I had the AC going and I had earplugs in and she was crashing around and woke me. Ugh. Overall our stay was ok. Beds were incredibly hard. Decor needs an update. Staff needs improvement.
