The location was ok to access the other entertainments and parks. The pool was good.
The people who live there are not kind even rude. They use the indoor pool but he is very cranky to us. We needed to move away. The other day too.
Also, the parking area, someone parked in front of my car even it was No parking area. I spoke with one of the staff. But they said, We will check but can't do anything. The car stayed for a long time. It made us so hard to get in and out. Even it was happening in the hotel, staff cannot do anything of it.. a bit disappointed the service too.
Lastly, you guys really really need to clean the sofa.... the lounge room sofa was terrible dirty and lots of dusty the side and side of sofa... few of dead bugs in there.. check it out.
The villa was very spacious and comfortable
There was a full kitchen but not equipped very well. No salt and pepper or oil. You need to bring all your kitchen needs if you plan on using the kitchen

Room service didn’t work!! The QR code was compromised and when I tried to call to order nobody answered. Pretty ordinary…
The place is stunning always love staying here just had a bad interaction that was abusive from the guy that lives in next villa he was swearing and scaring my 3 little sons and he was aggressive calling my the b.....name and running as if he was going to hit me and then decided to kick my partners brand new rover all over us parking in his drive way which we had no idea someone lived there looked dead for hours but we were happy to move one car and apologise to the man to be treated so ill and then your office said oh so sorry ill pass this on thats it! I was attacked our car was kicked by him my sons trauma was high very and I sent a message to you guys asking to stay one more added night but not next to this man and no one cared to ring a see if we wanted to stay so we left we are actually disappointed there was no competition for the stay we had as a family my kids dod not get to go out side and feel safe so for the price we think that is not okay and bathroom had hair in the tub which was also a down fall as I wanted to have a romantic night with my partner but I couldn't after seeing the hair we didn't bother to have one
The whole stay was ruined from the neibour who lives there attacking property of ours and treating me and my kids could not enjoy the free will of running around very sad for them

The surrounding were nice and the location was good
This is one of the bad experience for me staying in this hotel.
The facilities and activities for kids during the holidays was great. The apartments we spacious, had everything we needed and parking was easy,
The beds were very uncomfortable, and the sprinkler came on at midnight waking us all up. No EV charging or wifi.

The reception gentleman upgrade our room. We had the best experience. The swimming pools are fantastic. The environment is quiet and natural friendly. We will definitely comeback again.
Loved the pool, beautiful golf grounds, they had a jumping castle for the kids over easter. They had an outdoor pool and a heated indoor poor and steam room
Maybe a larger variety of food options at lunch other than pizza
