Pros:

Pros:

We found the hotel to be very clean, and the large family rooms were excellent. Additionally, the location is very convenient and close to all the places we wanted to visit.

We also want to commend the housekeeping and restaurant staff, who were all very friendly and accommodating throughout our visit, except for the long waiting time for the food to be served.

Cons:

We booked four family rooms via Booking.com, yet upon arrival, the reception staff appeared not aware of our reservation.

Furthermore, despite having submitted scanned IDs for all 12 guests to your reservations email address prior to our arrival, we were asked to provide them again as the staff seemed unaware of our previous correspondence.

Finally, we had requested that all rooms be located on the same floor near one another. This request was not honored; one room is at the end of the hall, two are on the opposite side of the floor, and the fourth room is located on a different floor entirely.

Pros:

The location is excellent as quite a few tourist attractions are nearby and can be visited by walk. Rooms was spacious and clean. Breakfast was having good spread. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Cons:

1. Daily Room Cleaning service should be default. They said one can hang "clean my room" Sign tab outside the room but there was no such placard available in the room. Also, after you tell religiously every day, expect room to be cleaned late in the day (somewhere around 3 pm) .....?
2. Head/Top shower locking knob tripping automatically, Has to be held up by one hand and manage applying shower gel by other hand!
3. Toilet utilities could include Shaving kit (useful for check out day use, when you pack for early departure)

The affordable food, the accomdoating staffs and spacious room.

Cons:

The location of our room is the 201- the aircoons are very noisy. Not the aurcons inside the room but outside. Both windows have very noisy aircon motors that we can't sleep because of it. It's a very bad location where you can't see the view but isntead all the aircons and a very noisy ones. Also, the shower has no hot water option, just called and normal.
