Offered us new room for same price.

Printed our needed documents even they have a broken printer, they sort it out and gave us copy from their manager or supervisor room.

Food. Breakfast is okay for the price. Food staffs are accommodating enough and always offer drinks,water or coffee.

Staff and supervisor helped us too to open when the safe's combination numbe doesn't work.

Convenient Location and Good Food
Pros:

My family and I stayed at City Garden Suites, Manila from 12 to 14 June in a Deluxe Twin Room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, particularly because of the hotel’s convenient location and good dining options.

One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its proximity to many of Manila’s popular sightseeing attractions. Several historical and cultural landmarks are easily accessible, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. We also enjoyed the food served at the hotel. The meals were tasty, and the dining experience was one of the highlights of our stay.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the hotel provided good value for travelers looking for accommodation in central Manila.

However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the guest experience. The Deluxe Twin Room felt somewhat congested, especially for a family stay. The bathroom was quite small and could be more spacious and comfortable. We also noticed that there were no cloth racks or drying facilities in the room, which would be useful for guests on longer trips.

Another challenge was the walking environment around the hotel. While the location is convenient for accessing attractions, the surrounding streets are not particularly pedestrian-friendly, which may affect guests who prefer to explore on foot.

Overall, City Garden Suites offers a convenient location, good food, and friendly service. While the room size and some facilities could be improved, it remains a practical choice for travelers who want easy access to Manila’s major attractions.

One of the better hotels in Malate , I would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

Stayed for three nights. Nice Hotel very close to Robinson Mall .Buffet breakfast is very good .Small air conditioned gym with enough equipment for a full workout .Room is clean and comfortable .
