Excellent location, comfortable stay, and friendly staff.
Pros:

I liked the property’s excellent location. It was within walking distance to SLEC, Robinsons Place Manila, and many restaurants, which made my stay very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel offered good value for money. I also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city.

Good value for money, but the wrong room and noise affected most of our stay

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. After we reported the issue, the staff changed our room, which we appreciated.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the first two nights we were given a room that did not match our booking. We had reserved a room with a street view, but instead our window faced a wall with air conditioning units and ventilation equipment. On the first night, we arrived very late and were exhausted after a long journey, so we didn’t notice the noise. However, on the second night, the noise from the units was unbearable, and I couldn’t sleep at all. The next morning, I asked the reception to change our room. They changed it for the last night, but this issue affected most of our stay.

Good food - lousy service

Food was good

Cons:

Was told place had disabled rooms, but didn’t get one. Had I known those rooms were booked, I’d have changed my dates or booked elsewhere. Only disabled access I saw was the exterior ramp. Couldn’t use the bathroom because the doorway was too narrow for my wheelchair; the shower had a high tub; and the toilet was BEHIND the door … who does that!
