If I don't hear back from them I'll have to move on.

It was big and in a good location

Cons:

I injured my leg in their sea pool. Something very sharp was on the bottom. They filled out an injury report and no one called for further treatment! I see this as irresponsibility and abdication.

החדר היה מאוד נוח, גדול, נקי ומאובזר. אהבנו את הבריכה המושלמת לילדים.

Cons:

העובדה שאין חוף צמוד למלון ושצריך לשלם על מיטות השיזוף. שילמנו דיי הרבה כדי שאורחי רויאל גארדן יוכלו לעשות שימוש במתקני החוף בדיוק כמו אורחי מלון רויאל ביץ'.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה סבירה פלוס. לא ברמת מלון חמישה כוכבים.

ללא התקלה במפתח המלון היה מוצלח מאוד

המיקום של המלון מעולה, האוכל היה מפתיע לטובה, במלון יש סופר שפתוח עד 24:00 כל יום ופתוח גם בסופ״ש, הצוות שרותי ואדיב

הדבר היחיד שהרס את החוויה הוא תקלה במפתח של החדר בכל פעם שעלינו לחדר הוא לא נפתח ונאלצנו לרדת שוב לעשות כרטיס חדש, התקלה לא נפתרה לאורך כל השהות בחופשה וההתעסקות בלהמתין בקבלה כל פעם לפני שעולים לחדר בכדי לעשות מפתח חדש הייתה מעצבנת
