L’emplacement et le personnel très chaleureux

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 5 étoiles je m’attendais à mieux en terme d’infrastructures. Les salles de bains dans les chambres sont vielles. Le bâtiment doit être rafraîchi ainsi que la piscine.

Nossa estadia no Le Meridien foi muito boa. Passamos 5 dias excelentes.
Pros:

As instalações do hotel são excelentes. Mas o melhor do hotel é o staff. Profissionais super bem treinados para atender os hóspedes em qualquer situação.

Cons:

Talvez pudesse melhorar o ar-condicionado do quarto. Senti calor todas as noites mesmo com o ar-condicionado ligado no mínimo.

Bustling Beautiful Beach Resort
Pros:

This was a beautiful resort. The rooms and common areas were very clean, the gym is well equipped, and the breakfast was fantastic. The bar also had some really great cocktails. After breakfast, you can see staff doing a very thorough cleaning of the area.

This property is right along the beach and has the views to prove it.

The hotel is a short drive from the city center of Split and breakfast can get busy, but the staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Jane and Mary Crystalline at the breakfast and to Mia the concierge. We appreciate all your help in making our stay memorable. Would definitely return.

Service Did Not Meet Five-Star Expectations
Pros:

The hotel did not meet the standards of a five-star hotel. In my opinion, it was more comparable to a two- or three-star hotel. The overall service has considerable room for improvement. The breakfast service, in particular, faced significant challenges and was poorly organized. In addition, no one offered to assist us with our luggage, which was disappointing and not what we would expect from a five-star hotel.There were lot
of smaller and bigger things which didn’t work. The positive aspect of our stay was the clean and tidy room.

Should be ashamed
Pros:

I’ve had to wait until I got to our next hotel again a 5 star before I can rate this one. This one though is nearer to a 3 star on reflection. The price is way more than the quality of the experience. Breakfast is a joke. The pool is in need of renovation, service is awful and 5.5 euros for a small bottle is taking the Michael, as for the sun beds they are for a 2 star hotel in the Costa del Sol. Where a 4 star might be attainable is at the beach bars. Service there and at the bar in the evening good. The environment again needs a bloody good facelift. BonVoy it is not. Would not return even if they were honest and dropped the price by 35% and lost a star or two. Oh and 15 mins to split is never ever realistic it takes that long just to get out of Podstrana, you are dropping 50 euros a night on uber if you’re lucky to get to decent food, there isn’t any at the hotel itself.

Buyer beware
Pros:

Booked a room with sofa bed specifically included as there were three of us, but the hotel originally charged us €25 a night extra for it, pointing to ‘small print’ saying “If a rollaway bed is required, the daily fee is EUR 25”. This despite the fact that it was specifically included plus a sofa bed is not a rollaway bed. After I joined my family I challenged it with the front desk and they did agree to ‘waive it’, but buyer beware! The manager did say she would follow up with the sales team, but this felt very underhand and unethical.

A nice hotel
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were extensive and to a high standard. The pool is excellent and the the sunchair availability was pretty good, however there was little control and beds were loaded with towels first thing and not used until later in the day. The room was expansive and well maintained and cleaned daily. The prices for food and drink are probably in line with a 5 Star hotel = expensive. The facilities are very good. The Hotel is about 30-45 minutes from Split - depending upon the traffic.
