Ottima pulizia della camera, lo staff del servizio breakfast molto cortese.
La ragazza del front Office che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo è stata molto gentile e professionale.

Cons:

Il ragazzo del front Office “serale” è stato poco accogliente. Io e la mia compagna siamo rientrati in hotel intorno alle 23:45 ed abbiamo chiesto, con gentilezza, dell’acqua e due bevande, il receptionist ha risposto molto scocciato e con tono poco gentile.

Really enjoyable stay - have stayed before, and would stay again.
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable bedroom / ensuite, all staff very friendly and helpful, restaurant served excellent , affordable food.
Although not located in the city, hotel is only 20 mins from city centre, with convenient bus connection right outside hotel; and is only a 20 min taxi ride from airport.

Cons:

Sometimes had to wait for breakfast items to be replenished, but they always were eventually.
Not all items in the bedroom were replenished during the daily service.

Hotel bello ed accogliente. Pulizia ottima e posizione altrettanto funzionale per qualsiasi luogo da raggiungere a Bologna.

Cons:

Era indispensabile l'aria condizionata che ha funzionato solo per qualche ora ma alle 3 di mattina la reception ha risposto e risolto per qualche ora...

Déçu par rapport à mon premier séjour en 2022
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel et le calme

Cons:

L’accueil indifférent, à peine si on nous a dit bonsoir, aucun sourire. Le petit déjeuner est moins bon qu’il y a 4 ans en 2022. La chasse d’eau des toilettes était sale.

Ganska tråkigt med tanke på läget och otrevligheten
Pros:

Billigt helt okej rum.

Cons:

Personalen är dryga och otrevliga några i receptionen och speciellt i matsalen/ restaurangen. Läget är verkligen borta från stadens kärna och det finns absolut inget i närheten verkan matställen eller annat.
