It was okay could have been better

I like the young girl that works night shift she's very polite and outgoing

I would not stay here again the rooms smelled bad the shower had has suite on the walls

The pool that was advertised was closed forever. It smelled bad. We had to check 4 rooms before they found one that was smelled ok. The shower had hair on the walls, black mold coming from under the shower faucet. I had to take the shower curtain down for them to give me a new one it was so moldy.

la ubicacion, desayuno normal, limpio

tome el hotel por la ubicación y por la piscina pero cuando llegamos la piscina estaba en mantenimiento y en la reserva no decia nada sobre eso realmente fue molesto,saber que no podriamos usarla, esperábamos disfrutar un momento relajante en familia y nuestro hijo de 4 años, me molesta que no avisen sobre remodelaciones y mantenimiento de piscina. los cobros son altos por la piscina y al final no obtienes eso. y no nos dieron descuento por eso. tambien nos dimos cuenta que otro hotel que tambien estaba cerca y aparecia entre las opciones tambien ofrece piscina y la piscina exterior tambien estaba en mantenimiento.

They did give us an upgrade due to the door on the 1st room

Pool is always out of order the gym is always close most ice makers didn't work and no vending machines

Friendly staff, super accommodating, always quick to stop what they’re doing an assist a guest.
Pros:

It was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to stay for a few nights. The staff have been updating the flower beds around the front entrance. They’re working hard to make it look nice.
