Pros:

The location, cleanness, super helpful staff.
Sandy in the reception was excellent since our check in, we traveled with our baby so we requested the crib and was brought immediately to our room. The ladies at breakfast and cleaning ladies were also wonderful and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Cons:

There’s nothing to complain about.

Clean, updated and great value.
Pros:

Very clean, updated, great price and near I 81. Breakfast was good. Fridge cold for my food. Linens and towels in good shape.

Cons:

Minor but my new pet peeve is to have a freshly ground coffee maker to make individual cups of coffee. Always fresh coffee and less work for staff. New benchmark from another stay. Also Could use more USB chargers in the room.

Pros:

Right off the highway, at the end of the exit made it really convenient. Last minute decision as it was getting late and needed a break. Room was upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. Room was great, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Could not stay longer!

Location was great, just off I81. Breakfast was okay, coffee pretty decent.

Cons:

Ice machine on 1st floor wasn’t working so we had to go up on 2nd floor to get some.

We left early because I couldn’t sleep due to noise.
Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Walls are very thin making it hard to sleep. Workout room only had two treadmills and elliptical. No dumbbells. Towels were replaced in pool area or the gym.
