Cruise was delayed. I had to stay an extra day and the front desk was accommodating.
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the staff members were attentive.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom had whisker hairs all in the sink -- looked like someone had just shaved. That really grossed me out. I had lysol wipes with me and cleaned it myself. In all fairness, I did not mention this to the front desk. I am sure they would have taken care of it.

We were very disappointed with this Hampton Inn.
Cons:

The breakfast was terrible. The water pressure when taking a shower was horrible. There was barely a little stream coming out to take a shower and also ran out of hot water. We will not stay there again.

Good location and beds
Pros:

I liked the bed very comfortable and cozy the pillows amazing! Tea and coffee always available

The remote control was with dust and the breakfast very very basic for the price

Pros:

Clean and staff was extremely helpful. They allowed us to check-in early which was very helpful.

Cons:

Noise level. We had someone in another room playing their music loud enough to wake us at 4 a.m.

Hotel was very nice, staff was friendly. The beds were not comfortable for people with back issues
Pros:

Breakfast was great and close to the cruise port

Cons:

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the little couch

Pros:

I didn’t stay at the property because they cancelled my reservation without telling me. I did walk into the lobby and it was so dark and not welcoming. The staff was not welcoming at all and not accommodating.

Deep clean
Pros:

The staff is always on point and willing to make me stay a great one.
I appreciate them all

Cons:

I had to change my room due to the smell of the room and bathroom. Once in the new room the bathroom still smell of heavy urine. Unfortunately there were no more rooms available. Something has changed the rooms have always been fresh smelling. I believe it's time for a deep steaming for rooms and bathrooms.

Decent but probably won’t return
Pros:

The room is very clean and tidy. The AC worked perfectly, and I really liked the ease of the app using my phone for the door, check in and check out. I loved that!

Cons:

We were in room 430 and the toilet flapper was broken and so it ran and ran and let you took the lid off the tank and fixed it.
Our room was on the street side and the traffic noise was so loud that it kept us up most of the night.
The bed was hard as a rock, and we like a softer bed. Also, the pillows were ridiculously hard.
