Unexpected Longer Stay Made Great!
Pros:

We ended up having to extend our stay by several days due to the ice storm. We were in town for a cruise, and our transport back to NC was cancelled. The staff was so kind and helpful; they answered every question I had since I'd never run into this situation before. We arrived around 11am after getting off our cruise to freezing, windy weather. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm, and they were SO nice and found us another room that we could go ahead and check into early and warm up. Breakfast was amazing (those waffles hit different! Highly recommend!). The location was very central to places like the mall, Walmart and other places like that. Which was great since we had to stay a few extra days and needed to grab some food and things ,so we wouldn't need to order out. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge in the room. While we would have gone home, this place was a great, unexpected home-away-from-home for a few days.

Cons:

The beds are pretty thin and make a ton of noise every time you move. I didn't sleep very well during my stay. Also, the hotel itself was very quiet, I don't think there were too many people staying there (at least not that we can tell). But we happened to be next to someone in our room on the 4th floor, and they were super loud. The walls were thin and we could hear them every single night. I don't really place this on the hotel, though. More just bad luck. But still- good to know.

Pros:

Heather at the main desk, and Reggie with maintenance were very friendly and helpful. Room was very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Noise from Military Highway, but not the fault of the hotel. Maybe next time I will request a room away from the road. Wish there were other food options as I was only there from 2:00 pm until 4:30 a.m. and therefore had no access to the breakfast or other dining options.

Overall- good
Pros:

Great variety but it was closed early. The staff did not provide enough food for people who came in late.

Cons:

Cleanliness of properties. Large bugs in elevator and bathroom floor .

Staff was very friendly. I will definitely return in the future.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. Good variety of food. I was full when I left. I will also compliment the staff because when I arrived in my room, the TV was not working. When I cut it on, all I got was static. Maintenance arrived in my room within 5 to 10 minutes to fix the problem.
