Bon accueil et bonne nuit de sommeil, malgré des installations vieillissantes
Pros:

Ce que j'ai particulièrement apprécié lors de ma nuit à l'hôtel Ibis Marrakech Palmeraie, c'est l'extérieur de la bâtisse, qui est agréable et bien entretenu. J'ai également trouvé le matelas de bonne qualité, ce qui m'a permis de passer une nuit confortable. Enfin, le personnel est à l'écoute, disponible pour rendre service à tout moment et accueille les clients avec le sourire. Cela contribue à créer une ambiance chaleureuse et agréable.je n'ai malheureusement pas pu profiter de l'espace piscine, qui m'a pourtant semblé très bien aménagé et correct.

Cons:

Concernant les points à améliorer, j'ai trouvé que certaines installations mériteraient un rafraîchissement. L'ascenseur, bien qu'entretenu et propre, montre les signes de son âge. Une fois à l'étage, la moquette des couloirs des parties communes semble également avoir beaucoup vécu et gagnerait à être remplacée ou rénovée.
Dans la chambre, si la literie est de bonne qualité et assure un sommeil confortable, le reste du mobilier et certains équipements paraissent datés et portent eux aussi les marques du temps. Un programme de rénovation apporterait sans doute une réelle plus-value à l'établissement et améliorerait encore l'expérience des clients.
