Absolutely needs better management
Pros:

The proximity to food and shopping

Cons:

The rooms was not cleaned and the sheets were not cleaned and the towels had hair on them and the best part is the toilet didn’t flush properly

Would stay again! Location was great!
Pros:

Location was perfect! Staff was nice. Has a nice pool. And a nice little fitness center.

Cons:

First toilet would not flush, ended up having to turn the water on the tank. In order to change channels for tv you had to point remote to a box behind tv, so you couldn’t relax and change the channels.

Good, but can do better.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Room was nice. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

Noisy guests. Rowdy during my stay. Pool seemed dirty and lacking maintenance, so didn't enjoy the pool. Limited hot water forced me to take a cold shower in the morning.

Cheap places to stay.You get what you pay for, would not book there again.
Pros:

Great price comfortable bed,That's the best I can say about the facility. Extremely dirty! Sheets and blankets had stains on them.The floor was so sticky and dirty from the moment you enter the lobby way.And even in our hotel room. If they kept up with cleaning the place, it would not be bad.

Cons:

Was not clean at all!

I appreciated the room change due to the unclean concerns.
Cons:

The room was not cleaned, there was blood spots on the comforter & the tub of the bathroom had dark spots around the tub. I asked for extra face towels where I saw brown marks.

Price was good and it served it’s purpose for our stay!!
Pros:

Was close to the things we were doing while staying in VA

Cons:

The bathtub could’ve been cleaned better and it really backed up when you showered. We couldn’t change the channel on the TV or the volume. Property says No Smoking, but smelled very strong of marijuana.
