Overall it was great!
No complaints at all.
The location was great. The pool was fantastic. My only issues were the cleaning. The head board was filthy and the tub was dirty with hair in bit and the bathroom floor was dirty. The smell when you walked in into the lobby was bad. The breakfast shouldn't have beenwas called breakfast.
It was convenient.
The bed was hard, the pillows uncomfortable, bathroom was filthy.Took 25 minutes for someone to come to desk to check me in.
Not a thing
Everything
I stayed at this hotel for the weekend, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the amount of noise throughout my entire stay. I hardly got any sleep because there were constant noises coming from what sounded like people dropping, dragging, and rolling things around throughout the night and into the early morning hours. The noise was so frequent that it was nearly impossible to relax or get a full night of rest. There were also several instances where it sounded like someone was trying to open our hotel room door, which was unsettling and made it difficult to feel comfortable or secure.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room itself also left a lot to be desired. The towels and bathcloths appeared dingy and worn, and they did not give the impression that they had been thoroughly cleaned or properly maintained. There were also visible stains on the bed sheets, which was especially concerning because cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Seeing stains on the bedding immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned and prepared for our arrival.
The bathroom also had a noticeable mildew-like smell. It was not an overwhelming odor, but it was strong enough to be noticeable and made the bathroom feel unclean and poorly maintained. Overall, the room gave the impression that it needed a much more thorough cleaning and maintenance check before being rented to guests.
Another major concern was the lighting. One of the lamps had aluminum foil placed over the light bulb. This was extremely unusual and concerning. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never encountered a lamp with aluminum foil around the bulb. It looked makeshift and did not give me confidence in the safety or maintenance of the room. This is something management should absolutely inspect and address.
The television was another ongoing problem.
Location
Dirty
The staff was somewhat nice
Bed was not clean or the floor
Nothing.
The room I saw online was nothing like I got with my family of 4. And when I mentioned it the staff was rude and wouldn't let me see a new room until they inspected if we "touched anything" and it was untouched other then sitting on the edge of the bed. Sent to another room alone to see another room but instructed not to touch anything and it seemed okay.... Until my family came up and I opened the pullout couch to find toe nails, straw wrappers, chewing gum wrappers... And the mattress is like laying on a layer of wires. I called front desk and asked to at least be moved to the last room we were in and they said no and hung up. I called again and they said a manager would talk to me and hung up. I called back and they said no manager would be in until 8:30 AM .... We left the hotel immediately and stayed at a motel with way better service and better room then you offer for only $90
