מיטה וכריות נוחות

Cons:

החדר מאוד רחוק מהלובי, החליפו לי חדר במקום על המים לצופה לבריכה, אין מספיק מקומות ישיבה בלובי סתם לנוח או להמתין למונית, האוכל בארוחת בוקר כל יום אותן דבר, כמעט אין גיוון, מכונת קפה אחת בחדר האוכל במקום 2/3, מחייב לצאת החוצה לחום למכונה השנייה, המתנה ארוכה עד שמתפנה מקום למרות שהארוחה מתפרסת על הרבה שעות, המתנה ארוכה לאוכל שהוזמן בבריכה.

אנחנו משפחה חירשת ואני אישית ליקוי ראייה וחירשת, קיבלנו חדרים נקיים ובריכה נהדרת והצוות מעולה במסעדה .

קיבלנו חדר משפחתי וביום האחרון לא ניקו את החדרים כי אנחנו היינו אמורים להשאר עד למחרת בבוקר הביתה כי חשבו שזה יום האחרון ולא נכון כי אני הזמנתי 4 לילות וחשבו שהזמנתי ל3 לילות וכי המפתחות הכרטיסים לא עבדו ולא נפתחו לנו דלתות של החדרים וניגשתי לנציגה בקבלה ואמרתי לה שהמפתחות לא עובדות ולא הבנתי למה לא ניקו את החדרים ולא הביאו לנו מגבות ונייר טואלט לצערי הרב וביקשתי ממנה לשלוח אליי מגבות ונייר טואלט לחדרים ! לפעם הבאה אנא תדאגו שזה לא יקרה לאחרים ,זה דבר לא מקובל ולא נעים , אבל היה טוב במלון והארוחות טובות אבל יש כמה סוגים לא היו בשלות טוב מספיק זמן … תודה רבה 🙏🏻

מלון נקי ונעים אבל אין סיכוי שאחזור מאכזב ממש
