הגענו לחדר קיבלנו מיטה עם כתמים של דם, שיערות בתוך הגקוזי ריח מהמזגן חזק של סיגריות ומזגן מרעיש ביקשנו להחליף חדר לא התייחסו אלינו, שהגיע הבוקר וביקשנו לדבר עם האחראי לא קיבלנו שום פיצוי בעניין הזה מזעזע לא להתקרב לשם!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

החדרים חייבים שיפוץ דחוף

ארוחת הבוקר של המלון מצוינת, עם אוכל טוב ומגוון. הבריכה מצוינת ונעימה, והיחס והשירות מצד צוות המלון היו מצוינים לאורך כל השהייה והנוף במלון מדהים

Cons:

החדר עצמו היה החלק המאכזב ביותר. התכנון שלו מאוד לא נוח – במקום שולחן קטן שאפשר לשבת לידו יש מעין בר, ואין כורסה או פינת ישיבה נוחה בחדר. המזרן לא היה נוח, ובשירותים יש חלון ענק שמרגיש מאוד מוזר ולא ברור מה המטרה שלו.

בסך הכול השירות, ארוחת הבוקר והבריכה מצוינים, אבל החדר עצמו בהחלט דורש שיפור מבחינת התכנון והנוחות

מלון ברמה גבוהה, חדרים נקיים ונעימים, שירות אדיב ומפנק ואווירה פשוט כיפית.
כל הצוות היה מקסים ונתן תחושה שבאמת אכפת להם מהאורחים.

מלון נחמד, נקי ומסודר. ארוחת בוקר מעולה. אהבנו את הקירבה של המלון לחוף ולטיילת.

קיבלנו חדר עם דלת מקשרת שזה מה שהרס ממש את החוויה. שמענו את כל המתרחש בחדר הסמוך כאילו בתוך החדר. הגענו לנוח מהשגרה ובסוף התעוררנו בשש בבוקר מהבכי של הילדים בחדר הסמוך.
זה משהו שבעניי לא נלקח בחשבון לצערי ע"י הצוות בעת מתן החדר
