נתחיל מהכי גרוע- המלון סיכן אותנו בשעת אזעקה. הייתה לנו אזעקה של כטבמ בשעה 1 בלילה, ולא היו שום שלטים שמובילים למדרגות שהיו אמורות להוביל למרחב המוגן חוץ מתמונות על המעלית עצמה עם חץ כלפי מטה!!!! כלומר, קחו מעלית באזעקה!!!!
עם 30 שניות ניסינו לרדת מהמדרגות היחידות שמצאנו וחסמו אותן לפני קומה -1 עם גדרות. שם המקלט.
כשהתלוננו למנהלת החצופה העיזה להאשים אותנו שלא הצלחנו למצוא את ה"מדרגות הנכונות" למרות שאף אחד לא הסביר לנו איפה הן בצ׳ק אין!!!!!!! מלון שמסכן חיי יהודים לא צריך להתפרנס ואני שמחה שאתם מפסידים כסף. תפשטו כבר רגל.

המלון עצמו לא נראה כמו בתמונות והרבה יותר מלוכלך וישן במציאות. הבריכה מסכנה, המבחר בארוחת בוקר די מבייש ואחת מהמנקים גנבו לי תחתון. זה מי שהם מעסיקים שם.

Comfortable stay, nice food.
Pros:

The hotel gave us wonderful breakfast boxes as we had to check out early. Lots and lots of good food and drink.
