בסך הכל מלון טוב יחסית למחיר.

קיבלנו שירות מעולה מהצוות! יחס טוב , שדרגו לנו את החדר לכבוד יום ההולדת של בעלי ללא תוספת ונתנו גם בקבוק יין שזה לא ברור מאליו.
קיבלנו חדר בקומה גבוהה וחדשה והכל היה מעולה ונקי.
ארוחת הבוקר היתה בסדר גמור.

Cons:

לצערי החדרים לא אטומים מספיק והיו מלא רעשים בלילה ובבוקר, שומעים הכל מבחוץ אפילו שהיינו בקומה 8, כל אמבולנס, כל דפיקת פטיש (היו עבודות בבניין צמוד אלינו).
בנוסף יש מצוקת חניה מסביב למלון ואין שום חניה בקרבת מקום.
חיכינו 40 דק עד שמישהו יצא מהחנייה ונכנסנו.
בנוסף לכל, קיבלנו דו״ח כי לא הפעלנו פנגו ב08:00 בבוקר , חבל שלא עוזרים ללקוחות ומציינים בפניהם שמומלץ להפעיל בבוקר אז חבל .

אחלה מלון 4 דקות מהרכבת החשמלית נענו לכל הבקשות ארוחת בוקר מצויינת.חדרים משופצים וחדשים.

Good repair, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with a good selection of dishes.

Cons:

There's no parking at the hotel itself, so we were lucky to have it on the street. The toilet in our room didn't flush, and we sat there for an hour waiting for repairs, unable to use the restroom due to the road. We weren't offered another room. There was also no apology for the inconvenience. Due to construction next to the building, the balcony was very dirty. There was also a strange partition on the balcony from another room, with men's underwear hanging on it 🤦🏼‍♀️
