פקידת הקבלה היתה עצבנית ממש ופשוט כעסה שהגעתי . טענה שאין חדר כמו שהזמנתי למרות שהופיע בבוקיניג עוד ובסוף רק אחרי שלא ויתרתי הביאו לי חדר נורמלי . ממש חצופים

Great stay.
Pros:

Was just there for one night to be close to the ICC. The staff were incredibly helpful. There was a small problem in my room and they came immediately to try and fix it and when they couldn’t gave me a new room.
