Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. מלון מהמם שקט ורגוע לא עמוס בכלל

אין ספא זמין והמרפסות משותפות עם החדר הצמוד קצת מבאס אבל לא משהו קריטי כי ניתן לנעול את המרפסת מבפנים
מיקום מקסים, קרוב מאד למרכז העיר
צריך לקחת בחשבון שהמלון קטן יחסית והצוות בהתאם, הגעתי מאוחר בלילה ונאמר לי שאי אפשר לעשות צק אין אחרי 11 בלילה. למרות זאת הפקיד במקום עזר לי והיה אדיב מאד.
החדר היה נקי ממש, הלובי שקט ומקסים. מקום מצוין למי שמחפש שקט במחיר סביר.

הבחירה במלון היתה בחירה ספונטנית בשל שינוי בלוחות הזמנים באופן לא צפוי, המלון נבחר בין היתר בשל האפשרות להגיע בשעה מאוחרת בערב. לשמחתי הרבה הרווחתי הרבה יותר מזה - פנים מאירות וחייכניות בקבלה, אדיבות ומקצועיות. חדר מרווח ונקי מאוד. המיטה היתה נוחה ללינה. לצערי הייתי צריכה לצאת בשעה מוקדמת ולא הספקתי ליהנות עוד ממנו, אבל אשמח לחזור בעתיד.

באמת שאחלה של מקום אנחנו נחזור לשם בוודאות
1. אדם זר פרץ לי לחדר מהמרפסת.
2. הופיעו פועלים בשמונה בבוקר במרפסת החדר (בקומה 9) והורידו את גדר המרפסת - בלי שום התראה.
3. אף אחד מטעם המלון לא טרח אפילו לטפל בנושא, ליידע או לכל הפחות להתנצל על עוגמת הנפש.
לא ממליצה.

מרפסת משותפת עם שכנים ללא הפרדה . מזגן מרעיש בצורה מחרידה .
Le calme et la tranquillité de l'établissement
Le personnel n'est pas accueillant. Ils sont même désagréables parfois. La chambre n'a pas été faite le premier jour. j'ai du intervenir à la réception pour qu'on me la fasse à 19h30.

היה מלוכלך, רעש, חוסר חניה, אין מענה בקבלה, אין מבחר אוכל בארוחת בוקר, המרפסת בין החדרים משותפת.
כל החדר מלוכלך, אי אפשר ללכת יחיפים, מגבות עם שיערות, ריח לא נעים.
את השרות של העובדים וארוחת הבוקר הטובה והניקיון שבחדר האוכל נהניתי תודה.
את המיטה שנפתחת באמצע השינה.
