מקום נקי ויפה חדרים חדשים, הכל נקי ומסודר מים, מקלחת עם מים חמים מהפתיחה של הברז. קיבל את פנינו מנהל הצוות בקבלה בחור חייכני בעל ניסיון רב המקום מאוד שקט ויפה ארוחת בוקר יחסית למחיר טובה.

כאשר הגענו למלון, נתקלנו בצוות הקבלה שהיה מאוד ידידותיים, ומסברי פנים. מיד עלינו לחדרים, חשוב לציין שהחדרים היו גדולים מאוד ביחס לציפיות שלנו ולמלונות אחרים באיזור. החדר גדול ומשופץ, יש מטבחון שכולל מיני בר, כיור וברז. חדר הרחצה היה גדול שכולל אמבטיה. בחדר היה מזגן שפעל היטב. נציין גם שהמיטות היו נוחות.

Cons:

במלון הפריע לנו שהייתה חניה בכמות קטנה מאוד דבר שהפריע מאוד לנו ולאורחים אחרים, וכשיצאנו מהמלון בערב, חזרנו ולא הייתה חניה. נאלצנו להחנות במלון הסמוך.
במלון לא הייתה עמדת טעינה חשמלית.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בסיסית, שכללה סלט, מעט גבינות ולחם פרוס. התאכזבנו מהמבחר שכן היה דל...
נשוב לצייין, שגם בחדר האוכל הצוות היה מאוד נחמד וידידותי.

Pros:

הגענו לרוץ במרתון ירושלים, וחיפשנו מלון קרוב לאירוע. המלון ותיק אבל משופץ לחלוטין (חלקים עדיין בשיפוץ אבל באמת שלא הפריע). נקי, מרווח, יחס אדיב ומקצועי מאד של האיש בקבלה, ארוחת בוקר מצויינת. נהננו מאד.

כשנכנסתי לחדר היו שם מגבות לא נקיות שנשארו תלויות בנקלחת.
כשעדכנתי את הקבלה, ביקשו סליחה ואמרו שיתנו פיצוי על כך אך בפועל לא פיצו בכלום
בנוסף, בלילה השני הגעתי מאוחר לחדר והמפתח לא עבד... כשירדתי לקבלה לא היה שם אף וחיכיתי כרבע שעה עד שהמאבטחת הופיעה ופתחה לי את החדר
