Montefiore Hotel

This was a return trip, and we will probably go back there next time.

Very nice

Room is very small. Does have a porch with no good view.
Breakfast is ok. Salad good. Eggs are ok. One day there was waffles with chocolate sauce. Another day
there were pancakes. Steamed coffee excellent.
People were nice and helpful.

One of the receptionists was rude, grumpy and uninterested. Didn’t welcome or say hi, any questions I asked he seemed upset and bother.I mentioned to him those are not manners if you work in customer service and he said he doesn’t have a problem. He was challenging and not qualified to be doing that role.

We had a wondeful stay. Great front desk service. Excellent daily breakfast as well.

I have booked room in Montefiore Jerusalem but on arrival at hotel , they transfer my booking to their sister hotel near by name Eyal smart hotel which is much nice and closer to city center. Wide choice of breakfast, wife is on poor side but I was happy for what I have paid for.
Even I extended my stay in same hotel.

I have stayed at the Montefiore several times, and am happy with the friendliness of the staff, the excellent location, and the breakfast offerings.

Convenient location, excellent breakfast, comfortable, if small, room.

Good location on pedestrianised street. 10-15 mins walk into the Old City. Handy for the City Centre shops etc. Good breakfast.

Lovely warm welcome, position is brilliant. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Wifi is available which was useful

Good showers, comfortable beds, quiet (and ideal) location Breakfast could have been a little better, and my request for towels should have been resolved quicker.

We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast delicious, and the location excellent: 25 minute walk to the old city. Very highly recommended!

Stayed for two nights for work. Great location and very quiet. The first room I got had shower problems. The hotel crew were quick to come and tell me that it cannot be fixed. I was offered a different room which had no shower problems.
I've had the cleaning staff entering the room on two different occasions (!) while I was in the room. They knocked but didn't really wait for my reply, they just entered. I had no DND sign in my room, but still, if you knock better wait more than 5 seconds.
Reception was quick to respond, but not to apologize.
Breakfast was below average for an Israeli hotel.
Other than that, everything was fine.
You get what you paid for - a fair price for a fair hotel, not more, note less

Very comfortable but the rugs in the hall were torn!

Helpful staff and good location Convenient to have refrigerator in room. Bathroom updated.
