הצוות היה מאוד נחמד אפילו נתנו לנו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט מאוחר ללא תשלום

הלובי היה נקי והחדרים עצמם נקיים

התארחתי במלון בראון ירושלים והחוויה הייתה פשוט מושלמת. צוות נדיר, שירות ברמה גבוהה ויחס חם ואישי שעושה את כל ההבדל.
גיא, שהיה אחראי על השולחן בחדר האוכל, אדם מקסים במיוחד - שירותי, אדיב ומלא תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים.
אין לי מילים חוץ מתודה ענקית על אירוח מפנק מעל ומעבר למצופה. בהחלט מחכה כבר להגיע שוב.

Pratique mais pas agréable

La proximité de là où nous avions besoin de passer notre évènement.

Cons:

Le personnel était désagréable, ce n’était pas bien sonoriser, nous entendons beaucoup de passage venant du couloir, et enfin nous avons payé l’option du petit déjeuner. Nous sommes arrivés le matin. Le buffet était déjà vide, nous n’avons rien mangé.
