הצוות מקסים, הבריכה נעימה

Cons:

המלון סובל מהזנחה. החדר לא היה מספיק נקי, המלון מלא תיקונים שלא בוצעו עד הסוף ואיתם לכלוך.
ארוחת הבוקר מחפירה. ירקות שניכר שנחתכו לפני שבוע, וגבינות שניכר שכבר התיישנו מאוד.
אין הסבר או שילט שמסביר מה כל דבר וצריך לנחש, דברים עבשים. גועל נפש.

אני חייבת לשבח ולהמליץ על השהות במלון המדהים והמושלם שלכם מכל הבחינות!
קודם כל הכניסה למלון והלובי המרהיב בעיצוב יוקרתי ובסטייל נדיר.
החדרים אסטתיים, נקיים ומעוצבים בטוב טעם ומותאמים לכל תנאי הנוחיות שנדרשים (אפילו חדרי המדרגות שלא ממש בשימוש ובבתי מלון תמיד מוזנחות, היו מעוצבות ונקיות לא פחות מבית מרקחת).
השירות של כל צוות העובדים ובמיוחד מוחמד מנהל הקבלה היה חם, זמין, מקצועי ומאוד אדיב נתן יחס אישי ביותר, לא היה חסר דבר וזה נתן תחושה מדהימה !!!!
האוכל המדהים היה נפלא ואיכותי ברמה גבוהה יותר מכל מלון ששהיתי בו עד היום!
טעים מאוד, טרי, אסתטי ומבחר מגוון להפליא!!
השולחנות בחדר האוכל היו ערוכים כמו לבני מלכים בקבלת פנים מאוד מכבדת ומזמינה בכניסה לשם. בקיצור מושלם !
קיבלתי יחס אישי ושקט נפשי – הרגשתי ממש בבית.
אין לי ספק שאחזור בחופשה הבאה שלי רק לשם שוב .
אני ממליצה בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום איכותי ברמה גבוהה להנאה צרופה וחוויה נעימה !

ארוחות בוקר וערב, אוכל בשפע וטעים

Cons:

בהגעה נותנים דף מידע על שעות פתיחה של הבריכה, חדר האוכל וכו'. השעות שמפורסמות באתר שלהם, לא תואמות את דף המידע שנתנו וזה יוצר בלבול.
הבר בבריכה לא עובד! רק אחרי תלונות של אנשים, פתחו לרבע שעה.
חדר משחקים לילדים: טענו שבשיפוץ ולא עובד. יום למחרת כשעברנו ליד ראינו שפתחו, שוב בגלל תלונות של אנשים. בפועל, זה חדרון קטן שמתאים לפעוטות בלבד
