מקום סביר מינוס -המחיר ביחס לכל השאר סביר אבל גם התמורה בהתאם ..למי שיבא עם חברים ורוצה רק מקום לישון ולשתות בסבבה זה אח

חדרים משופצים. מבחר די גדול בחדר אוכל

עומס במעליות, 3 מעליות גדולות, 2 מתוכן פיקוד שבת..הדתיים בכל זאת עולים במעליות הרגילות ומשתמשים באנשים אחרים כדי להגיע לקומה שלהם ושילחצו על הכפתורים או לוחצים בעצמם, כן כן.... כך שמיותר לגמרי להפוך 2 מעליות לפיקוד שבת כשיש מעל 14 קומות.. עומס לא נורמלי. המתנה ארוכה , מספיק ששכחת משהו בחדר עוד עיכוב.
לא מספיק נקי בחדרים..
באו לנקות אחרי השעה 16 בדיוק שרוצים לנוח.. צריך לנקות חדרים בבוקר..
ברחבת הבריכה השולחנות אוכל היו מאובקים, ידעתם שמגיע חג ומגיעים אנשים מן הראוי לנקות שולחנות..
המחירים במזנון של הבריכה מופקעים לגמרי!! חוצפה של ממש לגבות 10 שח על ארטיק קרח, 16 שח על פחית שתייה. וגם לא נקי ברחבת הכנת האוכל שם.. הקהל שבוי אבל הגזמתם.
הבריכה היתה עמוסה מאוד.. המבנה ושטח הבריכה לא מתוכנן נכון לשהיה של כ"כ הרבה אנשים..
המזגן בחדר ללא כל קשר לכפתור שלוחצים עליו, מקפיא ועם עוצמה חזקה וממש קר בחדר.. עד בלתי נסבל שכולנו ישנו ללא מזגן ..

He was amazing. Totally efficient. So fast in Checking us in. Explaining all to us and all in all a very charming person. Anmad you the best

Great location near the hospital but very far from any attractions and the neighbourhood is way too religious for my tas

The price is outrageous.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Great variety but the taste was no more than acceptable.the deserts were dry .No black tea , just a large variety of green tea which I hate. The first day there was no butter .the dining room opens at 7 but it was impossible to get an omelette even though I was the only guest.
In addition the towels are hard and small the size of the body towel is like a big face towels no more and so hard and uncomfortable
