Ahmad an extremely pleasant guy was very helpful from beginning to end.

He was amazing. Totally efficient. So fast in Checking us in. Explaining all to us and all in all a very charming person. Anmad you the best

Very disappointing breakfast -no black tea, small variety of breads .no signs to understand what’s in each bowl I didn’t know how to choose from the variety of cheese no sigh of fat percentage nor whic cheese .an omelette stand but no staff at 7:30

Breakfast was mo more than decent.a large variety but not tasty.no black tea.no omelette even though I was the only guest at 7:30 and breakfast starts at 7. Very small variety of breads .

Great location near the hospital but very far from any attractions and the neighbourhood is way too religious for my tas

The price is outrageous.
Breakfast was very disappointing. Great variety but the taste was no more than acceptable.the deserts were dry .No black tea , just a large variety of green tea which I hate. The first day there was no butter .the dining room opens at 7 but it was impossible to get an omelette even though I was the only guest.
In addition the towels are hard and small the size of the body towel is like a big face towels no more and so hard and uncomfortable

La propreté le service nul les chambres pas faites pendant des jours nous avons eu un problème avec la porte de Salle de bain qui c’est effondré derrière mon petit fils on a dû changé de chambre et celle ci était pire le robinet de douche cassé …arrivée on demande de nous faire le lit on ns réponds d’aller chercher les draps nous même à l’accueil et faire le lit nous même

מזגן טוב חדרים

Cons:

חדרים עם עובש בקירות,מקלחת שאי אפשר להתקלח בה יותר מ7 דק כי הכל מוצף,הגענו זוג חברים לחדרים 405 ו407-לזוג חברים בחדר 407 היה הפסקת חשמל שלא הצליחו לטפל בה,שודרגו ל״סוויטה״ שהיא בעצם אותו חדר עם קצת יותר מקום.יום למחרת היינו בריכה שגם היא לא מתוחזקת כמו שצריך.
רצינו לקנות בקבוק מים אבל לא היה בבר של הבריכה
ירדנו ללובי לבקש גם שם לא היה.לא הגיוני שבבית מלון באוגוסט לא יהיה מים להגיש ללקוחות.
ולסיום המתוק ברגע הצ׳ק אאוט הבחור בדלפק התעקש שאנחנו צריכים להוסיף 400 ש״ח מע״מ למרות שהראנו לו שבבוקינג המחיר כולל מע״מ,לאחר ויכוח הוא ״וויתר״ בקיצור אני לא הייתי ממליץ להגיע לשם ובטוח שלא אחזור
