לא וואו בכלל
Cons:

הכיור בשירותים היה מלוכלך וכתמי דם כאלה בצד הכיור רואים שהמקלחת לא הייתה נקייה הספא בחדר הייתה פתוחה ככה שאפשר להבין שלא ניקו את החדר טוב וסגרו מה שצריך הייתה חוויה קצת לא נעימה.

מזגן טוב חדרים

Cons:

חדרים עם עובש בקירות,מקלחת שאי אפשר להתקלח בה יותר מ7 דק כי הכל מוצף,הגענו זוג חברים לחדרים 405 ו407-לזוג חברים בחדר 407 היה הפסקת חשמל שלא הצליחו לטפל בה,שודרגו ל״סוויטה״ שהיא בעצם אותו חדר עם קצת יותר מקום.יום למחרת היינו בריכה שגם היא לא מתוחזקת כמו שצריך.
רצינו לקנות בקבוק מים אבל לא היה בבר של הבריכה
ירדנו ללובי לבקש גם שם לא היה.לא הגיוני שבבית מלון באוגוסט לא יהיה מים להגיש ללקוחות.
ולסיום המתוק ברגע הצ׳ק אאוט הבחור בדלפק התעקש שאנחנו צריכים להוסיף 400 ש״ח מע״מ למרות שהראנו לו שבבוקינג המחיר כולל מע״מ,לאחר ויכוח הוא ״וויתר״ בקיצור אני לא הייתי ממליץ להגיע לשם ובטוח שלא אחזור

אהבתי את הנוף המהמם של ירושלים מהחדר.
השירות של הצוות אדיב , החל מפקידי הקבלה ועד למאבטחי המלון. כולם נתנו שירות ויחס אדיב ועם רצון לתת שירות טוב.

שירות לא נעים , לוקח זמן לקבל את המפתח מאז הקריאה שהחדר מוכן לאחר ביצוע צ'ק אין - צריך לחכות שוב את התור המייגע לקבלה חדר לא נקי בעיקר במקומות המוסתרים (מצאנו פסולת וחפצים של אורחים קודמים מתחת למיטה ומאחורי הספה)

Pros:

Très belle hôtel très bien entretenu

Le petit déjeuner et le repas du soir sont très bon et très frais

La piscine est magnifique et la température est parfaite

Le personnel est très gentil

Cons:

Il manque des services qui sont pourtant bien écrit sur Booking

Pas de service de change dans l’hôtel !
Pas de blanchisserie !
Pas de garde d’enfants !

L’hôtel n’est pas assez équipé pour recevoir du monde . Vendredi après midi les chambres ont été données avec 2:00 de retard et il n’y avait qu’un seul ascenseur de chabbat pour 17 étages

מלון גדול. למרות שהיה הרבה אורחים במלון לא הרגשנו צפיפות. היינו חצי פנסיון והאוכל היה טוב ומגוון. הבריכה גדולה. החדר שקט מודרני ויפה. יש חניה. המיקום של המלון היה לי מאד נוח. הוא לא במרכז- אבל זו היתה הבחירה שלי-אומנם מקשה על התניידות ברגל, כן יש תחב"צ ומי שעם רכב יש אפשרות הגעה מהירה ונוחה להרבה מקומות בעיר בידיעה שתמיד יש חניה בחזור. סביבת המלון נקיה ושקטה מתרחק מהמולת העיר, אבל מספיק קרוב שלא הרגשנו שאנחנו מוותרים על לוקיישן בחופשה עירונית.
